"This is the worst glass company in the metroplex. I needed simple glass shelving for a custom made China cabinet. Bolton Glass came out to measure the cabinet. After not hearing from them for over two weeks my husband inquired about the shelving. They needed to come out and remeasure the cabinet. Almost three weeks pass and the shelving is ready. Unfortunately one set of shelves was cut incorrectly or measured incorrectly and could not be installed. Bolton installed one side of the cabinet and left. The did not clean the glass before leaving. Weeks pass and Bolton glass shows up at my home unannounced. Luckily my mother was there. They brought the shelving but did not bring any hardware to install the shelves. The left the glass shelving on the floor. My husband was able to install the shelving, once he got home, and of course I had to clean the glass again. Throughout this entire process I was told repeatedly Justin would call me. I never heard from Justin."
