They arrived quickly after the call to look and measure for the project. We had all out screens replaced and they also replace some window seals that had worn out. The job was done as we expected.

The sun screens provided work very well even though the fit to the window frames was not exact. Came back a few days later to install clips to hold them in and that worked out quite well.

I contacted this company after getting their name from HomeAdvisor and received a quote Jan 11th. It took another 6 days before he contacted me asking for a deposit. (Jan 17th) We scheduled the 25th to accomplished the work, Good Guys called that morning saying its has too be rescheduled for sickness. We rescheduled for the 30th and the same thing happened. Has to be reschedule for sickness. I told Good Guys Window and Glass Repair this project is taking to long and asked for my deposit to be returned. Now I'm waiting for my $1500 deposit so I can get this project finally complete.

"With all due respect (consumer name withheld per their request), the flu is going around and we are a small shop who have fallen ill over this past weekend. I wish you could find the grace to understand that. We have your glass ready to go and I am sending you an email regarding what can be done now that you have decided to cancel the order. Further Update: Scott S allowed us to complete this job and paid the balance in full. Unfortunately we had illness come up and cause the reschedule but in the end we did all we could do and the customer received his glass as ordered"

Brad, the owner of the business is very punctual. He showed up within 10 minutes of his promised time for on-site evaluation, then showed up again very on time for the repair task. Repair was perfect and his clue cleaned up after for all scattered glass fragments. I asked the repair in very short time around new year day and he managed to source the glass and came to repair. Highly recommended.
