TRADEMARK CARWASH

I have used this car wash for years and absolutely love it!! They do a great job and pay attention to detail. However today ruined it for me. I had the upmost displeasure of getting to meet Sergio the GM. My vehicle was ready and I loaded up my 11 and 6 year old daughters after enjoying a coffee on the patio. I was coming back around to the drivers side of my vehicle when Sergio came up and stopped me. He demanded I show him my receipt. I tried to advise him I don’t have it and it’s inside my vehicle but he kept interrupting me and demanding to see my receipt. This continued in front of customers and as I was trying to explain again and reach for my door Sergio the demanded a receipt and advised me he is the GM and stated I could not leave until I showed my receipt. He then put himself between me and my vehicle that had both of my daughters still inside. As my kids grew worried as he demanded the receipt I then had to escalate the situation and close the gap between him and I as now I felt that my kids safety was compromised and I asked him if he is going to block me from my vehicle and kids as I forced my way threw and opened my back door to show him he was blocking me from both my vehicle and kids. Once I escalated the confrontation he then backed down and started giving excuses after excuses. I explained to him how long I have been using this wash and have never been treated like this before and advised him that as a first responder I wouldn’t steal a wash from him and advised him he was acting unprofessional. As I pulled away I found an appropriate parking space I got back out and gave him the receipt he felt necessary to block me from my vehicle and kids. I then advised him that I did not witness him act this way to other customers. As he was still giving me excuses I walked away and left. I completely understand asking for a receipt, but not in this manner. My receipt was inside my vehicle as I went back out to it after paying. Unfortunately this experience will end my business relationship with this car wash. I have called and left a message for the owner to contact me.

My family have been customers of Trademark Allen car wash for a few years and the washes have been fine until our last one. During this wash the driver’s side mirror was broken off. The manager initially claimed it was our fault because we did not use the button to close the mirrors. The service rep closed the mirrors manually and must have pushed too **** ** one mirror and it broke. It then came totally off during the wash. After showing them the manual for the car, which showed the mirrors can be closed either by hand of via the button, after several hours they then offered to cover half the repair. All of this is totally unacceptable when they were clearly at fault. Management will do and say anything to avoid taking responsibility for their damages. This was an expensive repair ($800) for a high-end car and they offered a modest gift card at first and then only paying half as we continued to press. So, beware if you have any damages as a result of this car wash they will not fully pay for it. You will have to either accept a less amount or take them to small claims court. Therefore, I would avoid this location as it is not worth the risk. Take your car to a shop that will take good care of your vehicle and stand behind their service.

Staff was courteous, friendly, and worked in a timely manner. In and out in 15 minutes.

They did a professional job efficiently and with pride in their work.

The car looked great both inside and out.

They're fast and they always do a great job. Other places around here have always been kind of shoddy. Their price is very good too.

Both cars had parts ripped from the body after the wash. The wiper blade on a Mini Cooper was missing and ripped. This was original equipment on the car with a replacement cost of about $60. A sturdy Honda Passport truck had the right read mud flap torn out. I spoke to the manager and they said the parts must have been loose before taking it through the wash. No compensation was offered - not even an inexpensive wash. Turned into a very expensive wash.
