"Summer 2020. Overall we love the roof. Colors match the house. They made the gutter the wrong way. Our renderings stated it would be down both sides and they only made it one way and it was over the grass instead of the concrete. Also where the roof comes out the rain drips off of the house directly into the gutter and it sounds like someone his hammering a nail every time it rains. I reached out several times to see if they had any solutions and no one called back over the last 3 months. I also reached out to start the next phase of the pool and concrete. Still no contact as of March."

The project involved a lot of variety – primarily adding new guttering where none existed and removing/replacing existing undersized gutters. This included had some one-story, and a lot of two-story gutters. It also involved adapting downspouts to an underground drain as well as routing downspouts to avoid dropping second-story water on to a first-story roof. Even with the complexity of the task, the Northwest’s price was quite reasonable based on other estimates. The install crew was courteous, quick, and thorough. The completed project looks great. I can recommend Northwest Gutter & Construction without hesitation."

We use the same claim damage estimating software as ALL the Insurance companies for quick claim approvals.

"The roof started leaking before the home was even finished. Each time it rains there is a new leak. Two others have looked at the roof and stated that it was installed wrong and that the flashings are all wrong. They say they have insurance, but refuse to provide me with carrier information. The regional manager of the company, Gene Walters, refuses to take any responsibility or accountability to the point that he won't even come look at it. This is a brand new roof and it is trash. This company does not stand behind it's work."
