During hurricane Beryl our roof got damaged by a tree falling and ripping an old satellite off. We contacted Explorer Roofing for an estimate and was given it within a few days. Since our home insurance was playing catfish and didn’t want to cover damages caused by the hurricane we had to pay out of pocket and it took us a while to be able to pay for the whole new roof and they we’re extremely patient with us. When we were able to start replacing the roof the supplies were dropped off the evening before they were scheduled to start. Day of the crew showed up before 7 am got set up to take old roofing off, and was done putting new roofing on, cleaning up all the old roofing, and all nails off the ground before 1pm that same day. Very amazing job that their crew did in an extremely timely manner. Was expecting it to take two days as other people homes I’ve seen getting new roofs put on would take two full days, but their crew did it in less than half a day. Would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Prompt arrival, clean work, excellent work detail. Placed tarps around property to catch roof debris and cleaned property after completion. Found no nails or debris when done with job. Explorer Roofing is the best. The owner visited earlier in the week to devise a plan and recognize the challenges of working in my neighborhood. The crew was timely and got an early start. The preparation for the trash was installed before work started. A ground man was in place from the start.The inspection of the roof after shingle removal was completed and necessary modifications were handled immediately to keep progress uninterrupted. I was kept informed on progress throughout the day. By 5:00 PM the roof replacement was completed, cleanup done and crew offside. Explore roofing did an amazing job they showed up when scheduled and completed the job in one day with very little disruption to us the finalized product was excellent and have no problems with the roof since. The estimation inspection and review of the roof went really well and worked well with our insurance adjuster and completed all the tasks that the adjuster needed and made the process very smooth. I highly recommend this roofer. If we ever move and need a new roof we would definitely use them again.
