"I needed a level 2 charger installed. I bought the charger and sent pictures of my fuse box and the charger I bought so Ernie knew what he might need. Initial contact through text was straight forward and he told me how much it would cost if hard wired. It was easy to schedule the appointment. We each had to change the date and time once, but it was fine. It only took a couple hours to install and I havenâ t had any problems."

"If you are looking for a solid construction company sonart is the way to go for sure! All I could say was wow aside from the fact that my mouth was completely open for a solid five minutes LOL! The house was built around the 50s and hasnâ t been updated since the original build. "Stellar service! Ivan with new elite contacted me within minutes of my inquiry to replace a rain cap that blew off of my furnace chimney. All the other roofers blew me off saying the job was too small. Ivan came out within the hour and recommended a rain cap that would stay put, went out to get the part, and installed it within a few hours of my inquiry - even when it was late and a storm was approaching! When others won t help, they will. Quality work, totally fair prices - I will be using them again and recommending them to anyone in need of a roofer."

"Had relatively small window replacement and shower glass installation jobs and big jobs involving removal and replacement of HVAC ducts and complete removal of a pool done. Scale of the work didn't matter - all work was completed professionally and priced fairly. Communication was exceptional. With that amount of work inevitably there are issues that arise and when they did they were mitigated immediately. Would absolutely recommend and will continue to use with full confidence."

Storm Shelters questions, answered by experts

There's no simple answer to which is less costly: wood or metal-framed homes. In most cases, metal building components cost more than wooden ones, while entire metal buildings cost less than wooden versions. However, regardless of the exterior framing or structure, each must meet similar building codes. This means that the costs are about the same, even considering that wood will require more maintenance than metal over time.

Options include traditional mortgages, construction loans, and personal loans. Consult lenders specializing in modular home financing.

The most accessible place to put a storm shelter is in a garage or basement, though you can work with a closet or patio if you have limited options. When you’re thinking about installing a storm shelter, reach out to a pro for some advice on placement. They’ll have a good idea of where on your property will be the best place for your shelter.

Renting a storage unit is less expensive than renting a moving pod. On average, renting and shipping a moving pod costs $3,000, while a storage unit costs between $75 and $200 per month. Storage units also tend to provide more space, increasing their cost-effectiveness. The only instance in which storage units are more expensive than moving pods is if you need to rent the unit for an extended period of time.

Yes, hardscaping is generally a great investment that can increase your home's value. Hardscape features improve your yard's functionality, safety, and aesthetics, which boosts curb appeal and overall property value. According to a survey by the National Association of Realtors and the National Association of Landscape Professionals, hardscape upgrades are one of the top four outdoor projects that add value to a property for resale, along with landscape upgrades, landscape management, and lawn care services. While most buyers see value in these features, some may be concerned about potential increases in property taxes or the cost to alter them later. However, the return on investment is typically excellent. For best results, hardscaping should be combined with professional landscaping, and it's wise to hire a reliable contractor for installation.
