"We had an absolutely terrible experience with Power Remodeling. My husband scheduled what was supposed to be a “free estimate” after speaking with a representative named Alfonso. Instead, we ended up with a sales representative (Tara) who turned the visit into an hours-long, extremely pushy sales pitch. She would not take “no” for an answer, ignored my repeated requests to wrap things up, and even told me she would wait at my dining room table until my husband (who had excused himself to take a shower to escape the presentation) came back. I had to firmly ask her to leave multiple times before she finally left — it was incredibly stressful and completely unprofessional. No homeowner should feel pressured or trapped in their own home by a salesperson. This experience has ensured that we will never purchase from this company, and we will warn others to avoid them as well. "Steve arrived promptly at the agreed upon time to give us an estimate. He kept in touch with us throughout the entire process via phone calls or text messages. He was thorough and really knows the business (for interior home painting) He uses quality paint, and paints 2 coats. He gave us a written quote. We got bids from a few others and chose to hire Turner Enterprises. A paint crew was quickly scheduled. They showed up on time (actually arrived several minutes early.) Salvador and Jasmine were great. Very professional. They did an outstanding job. They really went the extra mile. The place looks amazing. Would hire again without any hesitation. SO glad I went with professionals. Whoever had painted it before, did a horrible job. Salvador and Jasmine corrected the previous mistakes and sloppy work, and made it look like new."
