Absolute Garage Doors

Repair went great. Garage door was stuck in the up position and we needed a quick repair. Absolute garage door sent a repair man the next day. Overhead doors repairs Waco/Killeen couldn't get to us until 1 1/2 months

My wife contacted Absolute Garage Doors to look at our powered garage door that wouldn't close all the way from the remote. They scheduled to come out this afternoon after she got off work, called with an ETA, came out found the problem, simple adjustment that took less time than to write this review, then didn't even charge a service call fee. I know who I'll be using or recommending for garage door repair/ replacement. Thank you, Absolute!

They are absolutely fantastic. It is a family owned business. On a Sunday at about five before it was going to rain, I ran into my garage door. The original door was not high quality. I used the garage door opener to get the door open to back out my car. It took the door off the hinges completely. I started calling. I called Absolute and the guy was in the middle of moving his mother but within two hours he was at my home with his family. He and his son came the next day to install a new garage door. He even went to Austin to get the door. They did a fantastic job. He did exactly what he said he would do. I have recommended them to others. They are a wonderful caring family. I would not recommend anyone else for garage door service. I could not say enough good things about their service.

The good thing was that we got an absolutely new garage door that was very quiet and it worked well. The bad thing was that we had the garage door opener programed into the car. I asked him if I could get it programed into the car and he said that he could as it was not a problem. He put in the garage door but he could not get it programed into the car which was a little bit distracting because I had asked him that before he started. We had him call the car company out of Austin who had to come out and program it. The service was very good. He came out quickly and got it done but it was disconcerting that he told me he could do it but he could not. Hence, I was stuck with having to call someone else. Luckily, my car company made us a courtesy call. I was afraid that it would cost $100 and $150 if they came out but I was pleased that it wasn't. However, it was an inconvenience. They seemed very nice and they seemed to do good work. It was a problem that they were not able to get done what I needed to be done. I don't remember as to what I paid them.

The overall experience was great. They were very responsive to my initial call and came out the following day for an estimate. The owner (husband/wife owned) evaluated the work and explained thoroughly what needed to be done without trying to sell me on additional products or services. I had the written estimate emailed to me by the afternoon. They were able to schedule my job in quickly and showed up as scheduled - I was completely satisfied with the work and the quality. The only reason they scored a B on the professionalism is that they left the trash from the garage door automatic opener at my house. I would definitely use their services again.
