We are a swimming pool service and repair company. We specialize in all equipment installs and repairs. We are licensed by State of Texas as electrical appliance installation contractor. As well, all electrical connections are made by our licensed electrical appliance installer.

My pool was a mess. Some pavestone sand blew into the pool and best guess is there was a chemical reaction due to the pH being high. The sides and bottom were coated with a fine golden brown particulate. I swept for a week with little improvement. I found Thomas on Angie's List. Even though I am a new customer and informed him I do my own weekly maintenance he came out promptly to assess the problem and do some prep work. He then returned 2 days later, balanced the water and cleaned the pool and filter. Within hours the pool looked amazing. I found Thomas to be prompt, dependable and very knowledgeable, I will definitely use him in the future. I wish I had called him sooner instead looking at a nasty pool for a week.
I have not received the invoice yet so I don't know the cost of the service.
My wife located A & M Pool Service & Repair on Angie's list on Saturday, 4/11/15, so I called and left a voicemail just as I had done with all that I had called before. Thomas Spann returned my call within a few hours. I explained the issues I was having with my pool. He gave me some things to try that might resolve the issues. I did so with little/no result. Thomas said he would try to come out Monday, 4/13/15 to provide service, weather permitting. True to his word, he came on the day he said he would, even though it was raining.
He had said that it was not necessary for anyone to be at home when he came to service the pool, even though the competitors had said they would need someone present. That would mean burning a paid time off, so Thomas saved that time for another day. He inspected the problems and called me with those solutions and a fair estimated cost. I was very pleased with all of that and told him to proceed with the repairs. He had the issues resolved quickly and even told me to watch for certain things to prevent future issues.
I could not be more pleased with Thomas' professionalism, quality, responsiveness, punctuality, courtesy and price. In an industry filled with companies and individuals that tend to take advantage of unknowing clients, it is refreshing to know that there are folks like Thomas Spann. I would not hesitate to recommend A & M Pool Service & Repair to anyone!
