I also feel 100% confident that should something come up that would prevent him from mowing on the scheduled day, he would call me to let me know, just a courtesy. (To be clear: I am fully aware that sudden emergency situations can throw any of us off-schedule, at any time. If Juan did not appear on his regularly scheduled day, I would not be angry. I would be worried about him.) I was so pleased to learn that he planned to help me again this year Mr Cruz is a gardener and a gentleman. He does excellent, meticulous work. The mowing and edging are always perfect. It is a pleasure working with him."
