"He could have done a better job clearing out the roots of weeds and plants we asked him to remove. He did not level the areas he cleaned up and just covered them with cut up trash bags as a a weed blocker. Left very heavy bags of weeds/dirt for city trash pick up. One I had to re-bag into 3 bags. Couldnt lift it... but, they worked long and hard and were worth the money. Just needed a bit more supervision from the client."

In this case, CustomScapes was hired to replace plants/bushes in 5 flower garden areas as of result of the devastating winter storm in North Texas. Not only did Juan and his assistants do an exceptional job, I believe they also went above and beyond with my original expectation at no additional cost. Juan is very knowledgeable about plants, and I found him to be extremely prompt and dependable. They weeded, removed old mulch, planted, fertilized, mulched and did an outstanding job of cleaning up. I would surely recommend them for any landscaping needs and will definitely be using them again in the future."
