Terrible lawn service, complained several times during our PREPAID year and stated we would not continue their service after the end of the year. Received another bill for treatment after contracted period ended. Called to have them remove it but was told by office manager per their policy, we could not cancel our service during the year period but should have called back "after" the service ended to cancel. What? Futhermore, my account would be turned over to credit bureau and my complaining attitude got me put on the "undesired customer" list. Was now being schooled by her as to why their service didn't work during the year, it was all my fault because I didn't buy all the other recommended services they offered. So their services they pre-sell you don't work unless you also buy their other services....hmmm... If you don't want to prepay for horrible service and to be billed additional after your contract has ended that you'll have to pay to protect your credit from them and mistreated for complaining about their services and unfair billing practice then you do not want to do business with Jurassic Lawn.

When engaged for service, Jurassic was told the back gate was ALWAYS locked. I was assured I would be notified no later than the day before service would be performed so they would have access to the back yard. First year fine. After that, calls would be made from private phones not in my contact list. Either no message would be left or one too soft, fast or accented that it could not be understood. More than one request to the office asking that the calls be made from company phones met with the excuse that their providers were independent and they made up their own schedules. Too bad, so sad attitude from the company. The result is that the front yard is now being treated without forewarning, and the back yard has not received several treatments. Having pre-paid for the year, this is particularly annoying. Surely there are fertilization and weed control companies that care about customer needs and satisfaction, not as it seems with this company, their bottom line.

I have used Jurassic Lawn Care since January of 2013. They would come out 11 times per year for various lawn treatments including fertilization, fungicide, weed & grub control and core aeration. I could not understand why I was paying Jurassic Lawn Care $600 per year and the grass in my parkway looked so bad with multiple dead patches. It was embarrassing. Ultimately, all of grass in the parkway needed to be replaced with new sod. When I would call the office to complain about the poor condition of my lawn, the ladies in the office were rude and dismissive. I explained that I was going to be writing a candid review on Angie's List and she said, "I would expect you to be more gracious!" Another time I called to complain about the bare spots under my tree and the office lady said, "Well the technician left a note for you suggesting we plant fescue but you never called to request the service." I asked, "Why didn't you call me and offer that service to me?" She explained, "We don't have time to call all of our customers; it's your responsibility to read the notes left by our technicians." After 4 years and 3 months of using Jurassic Lawn Care I cancelled my service today.

They arrived and provided the treatment to the front yard only. They then called me sometime later and stated that the gate was locked. There are 2 gates and neither was locked event though one had a lock hanging from it (it was not locked). The technician came back to the house and it appears that he treated the backyard. I came home to find a large pile of yellow fertilizer granules on my front walkway to the house, another large pile in front of my house in the street and a third large pile on my natural stone patio.
I called them to express my displeasure in their service today. I was informed that I did not have my regular technician and had a substitute. This sub obviously didn't have a work ethic and did not care about the job he did. The person I talked to was RUDE and provided no relief to me when I asked when they would be out to clean up the mess they made. Additionally, it is probably not good for my yard or the environment to have this much extra fertilizer. They stated that they were not coming out and I asked again for them to come out. I was then informed that I was being totally unreasonable to which I replied you can also cancel my contract. The woman then proceeded to hang up on my. I have been a Jurassic customer for many many years and in one phone call I was not anymore. A loyal customer means nothing to these individuals.
I then called back and asked for whoever was in charge. I spoke with another woman (who was sitting next to the rude one). Long story short, their owner is going to be unavailable for a while but I can send pictures to them and they will see what they can do maybe... They stated its almost five on a Friday we wouldn't do anything till at least Monday. So the customer is left to clean up their mess. Its a shame that customer service like dinosaurs are extinct with Jurassic.

The service itself was acceptable. The customer service was atrocious. I called to verify that this company had not processed my yearly service contract fee. When the woman answered the phone, and I asked to speak to someone who can address my concern, she placed me on hold. When she returned, she accused me of telling her that I demanded "to speak to some one important". I told her that that was not true. She then hung up on me. I then emailed the facts of this incident to the owner. His response was that he believes his employee because he was sitting right there and "heard everything". I chose not to respond or deal with this bunch of liars again.

They were my Lawn Fertilization company for about 1 1/2 years but the service really seemed to fall off towards the end. My yard still had all kinds of weeds after the treatments were done. The price was right but the service performed definitely was not up to par with what a lawn care company should provide.

Overall the results of the steadily declined over the last 2 years and in the end were exceptionally bad. The lawn this fall had weeds (lots of dandelions this fall) and crepe myrtle shrubs developed a white type of fungus. The odd thing was calls for retreatment always seems to coincide with the next service treatment. Recommend you avoid this company.

We hadn't seen them in a while and when we called we discovered they had skipped us entirely for 2 rounds of treatment. That I could have forgiven them for but then when I requested to have someone come out to discuss some issues and treat ASAP they weren't willing to be flexible with their schedule and come on a day that wasn't their regular rotation. I cancelled my service as a result. I expect when some gives me bad service - or no service at all in this case - they will go out of their way to fix it. They weren't willing to even go a little out of their way. I won't work with a company like that. She didn't even attempt to keep me on as a client. Just said ok and hung up. Apparently they're doing so well they can just lose customers without any consideration.

I used Jurassic for about 3 years to handle the fertilization and weed control for my lawn. The first couple of years I was satisfied but starting this year the service became sloppy, unprofessional and didn't do anything to control weeds. One time the tech dumped about a gallon of fertilizer pellets on the sidewalk and street and just left it there. Another time they showed up and even though we were home didn't treat the backyard because the gate was locked. In the service note they left it indicated the whole yard had been treated - which I felt was absolutely dishonest. And lastly own their own they do nothing to spot treat weed problems unless you call and complain even if the problem is utterly obvious. It is clear the tech wants to spend no more than 5 minutes on our property. I got tired of calling and complaining and am switching to a different service provider. Given how much more this kind of service costs compared to doing it yourself they definitely should deliver results.

They do 8 lawn treatments a year. They are professional. They come out when they say they are going to come. So far, my lawn looks beautiful. I haven?t had any problems with the products that they used for lawn care. Their prices are pretty average and I will use them again in the future.

We see no improvement in the lawn. It's been several years and it still looks terrible. The lawn looked better when we did it ourselves. We are beginning to question the thoroughness of the job. I would not recommend them. We don't have that much interaction but they have been professional.

The first time I talked to them it took 3 months to get back to me when they were supposed to be out within two weeks. When they finally came out they didn't do a part of my yard. When they came back again I told them that area belonged to me and I wanted it sprayed for weeds as well. I still had weeds all over the place so I called them back and again and they told me that they didn't realize that it was part of my yard even though it's very obvious and I showed them exactly where it was. They did not do what they said they were going to do and it was a terrible job. They are a terrible company and I would never use them again. I called and canceled my services with them.

Would not suggest using this company and we can provide photo documentation of the damages to anyone interested. The owner is extremely unprofessional and could care less about customer concerns.

The price is good, and they always are prompt and deliver good lawn fertilization care to our yard. I have been pleased with the level of lawn care they have provided.

I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. MY NEIGHBORS HAVE ASKED ME WHO DOES MY LAWN. I HAVE BEEN USING THEIR SERVICES FOR ABOUT TWO YEARS. THE DO GOOD QUALITY WORK AT A REASONABLE PRICE.

Jurassic does all my treatments and they keep it all well maintained. They also do lawn mowing but we do not have them do that for us. I do have a contract with them but I do not remember what it is. They are very professional. They just leave a bill on my door when they are done and go on there way. They will also leave a note telling you what it is that you need to do to keep the lawn looking good. They are very nice and are great to work with.
