They have always done an excellent, professional job with the lawn care. The owner and crew are professional, and easy and pleasant to work with.

I pay $185 a month. All A's. I've used them at least 12 years. What keeps me going back to them is: God, this is terrible to say, they speak English, I can communicate with them (don't put that in there but I'm just saying), just dependability, efficiency, honesty, you know they are always here when I need them, they replace any plants that die, I mean they're just great. It's a long, hot summer here, so there are always things that die and they don't quiver about it. They just handle it.

I can't say enough about my experience with these people. Jeff Coffman, Brent and Dave have all been wonderful. I have used Fallas for years and they perform at an exemplary level. They truly stand behind their products and their customers............... I would not hesitate to refer them if you want quality work at competitive ptices

They always do a good job for me. They're prompt and responsive. I haven't been using them long, but I really like the work that they do.

• So far, so good. Fallas has been prompt and reliable since they started in March, 2015. They service the property weekly, and do a good job of mowing, and are not the "mow and blow and go" variety, like so many lawn services. Also, they take care of pruning the trees and shrubs on the property at the right time(s) of the year, so I don't have to worry about that.

We've had them for a few years, and have no complaints. They come when they say they will and always do good work.

They did a beautiful job. What stands out is their design. They are companies that are cheaper on the cost. Once I get hold of them the service is good. They are very punctual. This is the second time we have used them.

The initial job in the fall was done to expectations though scheduling and communication were difficult. We asked them to come back in the spring to do mulch maintenance and replace dead plants. The non-communication has been the biggest issue where we have been going back in forth for now three months to get work done and they have yet to do anything. They did come out and replace the dead plants but did not do any of the other maintenance work but sent us a bill. We told them they had not performed the work requested and they responded they would send out a crew to fix. Two months went by and after several calls, they sent one person out to review the plans, but he told us this is maintenance work and he doesn't do maintenance work. We've made at least two dozen calls over the last three months and unfortunately now have to move on to a new landscape provider. Most unfortunate is that due to the drip lines they installed not working during the summer, we now have multiple dead plants and trees. The lack of communication with a customer who has spent thousands and wants to do more work is amazing to me.

Their prices were reasonable. They were good. They were punctual and got everything done as they said they would.

Removed old builders 6 foot fence and post. Replaced with board on board 8 foot fence with kick boards. They offered two gates but we choose just one. The fence is beautiful and sturdy! They use a lot of post so I know it will be staying for years to come! It was raining for several days so they came back to stain after wood dried out. Color is beautiful!
We also wanted rock put down in in certain areas of the backyard..they dug up the grass and applied barrier and then stones. They even came back and redid the shape for me some after I thought about it a couple of days at no charge. We love it and it is working out great for us!
Plan of using them again to landscape my front yard and build a flower bed.

Company was very prompt in returning calls. They showed up when they said they would and when I had an issue with a leaning tree they did not hesitate to respond immediately. It was refreshing to have a company do what they said they would do. I highly recommend them and will certainly use them again.

After getting quotes from several companies, I picked Fallas as their quote was reasonable when compared to other companies though a little higher than what I expected. Once I agreed on the price and paid 50% of the amount as deposit, they scheduled the project to be done after 2 weeks. On the scheduled day, the crew came as expected and completed the job. There were some minor issues, which were promptly taken care of once I called the office and let them know. They did not ask for the balance amount until I was completely satisfied with the job they did, which shows that they care for their customers. They were very professional through out the process. The only issue I had was it was hard to get hold of some one when I called the office, most of the time it goes to the voice mail even during the business hours and I did not get a call back for the messages I left. But when I did get hold of someone the next time I called, they would handle the call very professionally and answer all the questions or take care of the issues I had. I would definitely use them again.

I am very busy and the maintenance contract is going to work out really well. I don't have to call them for any appointments as they are all scheduled in advance. Then even provided me with a detailed written contract. They were very prompt and professtional. I am very happy with the company.

They come every week and have had them come from couple of years. They charge about $200 a month. They do everything like my shrubs, rods, lawn service, pruning, fertilizing, etc. They are usually responsive, prompt and come on days when they should come.

Overall disappointed in the lack of response.

All the plants did great except for one, which was replaces promptly after the first winter season. I would highly recommend this vendor, the prices are not the best, but the services and quality of their products are first rate.

We spend about $200 on that service. They are punctual and they do a great job. The person we deal with, we don’t know if he is the owner or the manager, but he is very cordial and willing to help, and we think his name is Jeff.

I loved these guys. They stuck to the quoted price and did good work. Best of all, they didn't make me ask the perfect question. The plan called for stepping stones to be placed along the back fence, and once done, we all realized that it looked odd since the deck was too high to step onto. They delivered a huge stone slap and set it next to the deck to act as a step no charge. It was their design, so they made it work. I received three estimates before choosing them and by far their design was the most creative.
