"Got quotes fair price first was going to be extra because of all the leaves that needed to be picked up and extra trim leaves were never picked up, then next schedule date no show a week later they came by only did the back because they were running late and would come back the following week to do the front yard that never happened. When I called their office and explained this to the lady she stated she would talk to owner and would get back to me that never happened then a couple of weeks later one of their works knocked to see if I needed service I stated the above and said yes please he started to blow the leaves out front five minutes later they were gone and paid each time. "The main limb was about 9 inches in diameter and was split and still attached and hanging from the trunk of the tree. It and one other limb were removed without the use of ladders, One man used a rope attached to his body harness, pulled himself up the trunks to remove and treat the stubs. I felt less possible liability from his falling than if ladders were used. Highly efficient and safer. All the limb and brush was cut up in a trailer and the volume reduced to stay in the trailer. The only thing is the deep tire impressions in the yard from the heavy truck and trailer. The ground was soft after the ice and snow. I'll have to do a little landscaping to fix the deep impressions."
