This included removing everything down to the bare wall studs AND old tile flooring AND subflooring, including old beams and joists (our house is pier and beam). Anthony expertly rebuilt the entire bathroom including the subfloor with new beams and joists, a new wall, moving electrical and plumbing where necessary, new sheetrock, lighting fixtures, and of course, fantastic tile work. Both of these projects involved obtaining HOA approval as well as city permits. Geraldo managed the city permits for me in a very timely manner. From initial contact to coming over for an estimate and providing a detailed estimate was done all within 72 hours.
