Our son is an architect working in Seattle, Wa. I kept in touch via the internet with him during our entire renovation. He was absolutely blown away by the quality workmanship of Daniel and his team! Everything was done right! It was such a delight having this team of workers in our home. They went about their work joyfully, but accurately. There was a constant cleanup on their part going on daily, which kept the dust to a minimum. Daniel was so easy to work with, unlike other contractors we had interviewed for our massive Reno. I am so pleased with my kitchen, walls removals, flooring, barn doors installed, fireplace with shiplap, new baseboards throughout, appliances moved to new walls, great painting, exterior door installed where there was a brick wall, and now what was once a dark 1970 home is flooded with light from all the modern can light installations! I love my home, but I do plan on having Kingdom Innovations back to redo both bathrooms in the future! I trust this company with any project needed!

I hired Kingdom Innovation twice to lay floors in my home. Daniel is a delight to work with and is very honest and meticulous with each job he did, helping me find superior materials at the best prices. His rates are competitive and fair and he stands behind his work. His crew was friendly and very respectful of my home, leaving it immaculate after each job. Daniel went above and beyond when he found mold on the concrete under my floors throughout my home on the first job. When most companies would have walked away, Daniel tackled the problem and laid beautiful wood floors throughout my home. The tile work he just finished in my bathroom is gorgeous. I have recommended him to my friends and he is now working on a project at their home. My name is Greg. I was looking for a quality contractor with a fair price for 6-7 weeks. When I found Daniel I had a feeling that he would be great. The communication was present right from the start. He kept his word, and communicated ahead if any possible changes with scheduling would occur. THe price was clear and communicated up front. THe work started promply on the agreed day and actually instaed of taking 4-5 days, took 3 day because he brought a bigger crew as it was available. The floor looks amazing. THe work was done with care, and I am extremely satisfied with his work. I looked for a long time. You will be very happy to hire him. And best of all you will want to recommend him as well when he is done with your project.

I had a really good experience with Daniel and his team. I really liked that he offered an itemized quote, how detail oriented they all are, and yet they were by far the best priced contractors I got quotes from. They did about 1200 sqft of my flooring in a difficult herringbone pattern and I LOVE it. They come highly recommended.

Daniel did an excellent job. The only reason he didn't get a 5 stars on quality is a threshold had to be replaced that had hole in it when it was installed. The workmanship otherwise was EXCELLENT! The repair he did on some damaged wood flooring was perfect given that I asked for a quick turnaround on the job. Here again Daniel had many suggestions and helped me to decide what to do for a long term solution to the problem. Hire again? DEFINITELY!!!

From the very first contact I found a respect, knowledge and promptness in Danny Hernandez and "Nino" Ramerez. We had an idea of what we needed but Danny's experience helped us get what we really wanted. We were so impressed with all the aspects of his work and professionalism. We hired Danny to install our bathroom floors originally. By the time we were done we had Danny and Nino install marble floors in the baths, wood flooring throughout the remainder of the home as well as a beautiful new fireplace. Every detail of each project was done on time or even ahead of schedule and the results are beyond our expectations. B & D gave us true respect as they worked their magic. The process could have been a nightmare for a grandmother, daughter and small grandkids but instead we hired men with integrity who left our home far better than what we hoped for. We are incredibly grateful and will hire B & D when we get ready to do the kitchen.

I like the fact that I was able to purchase my supplies and Danny is very honest, he showed me receipts of the stuff he purchased. His work is superb, his work ethic is second to none and he does a wonderful job cleaning up. I was going to do the project myself but after seeing how much labor went into it I was glad to hire a professional. I would and will absolutely hire Danny again!

I think homeowners feel as if they are searching blindly when starting on what is probably a one time project to replace hundreds of square feet of floor tile and upgrade the master bathroom. Home Advisors levels the playing field and gives them a fair start. B & D Remodeling was far and away a better dollars and cents choice over their competitors. The work was first class. Attention to detail was always included in the daily work. Our home and furnishings were protected throughout the project. The finished project met all of our expectations and completed on time. We very seldom are able to give a "highly" satisfied rating to a company. Without any reservations, B & D Remodeling deserves that rating.

Entire staff is highly professional and easy to get along with. Felt confident, throughout the entire process, that the work would be done right. I had received numerous bids and B & D was highly competitive. If your considering a floor installation, you should definitely discuss the details with D & B.
