"They called me almost immediately after my Angie's List request, and were able to come out to my house within 45 minutes. The project involved trimming 2 trees that were overhanging into my nextdoor neighbor's yard. One tree was touching his power lines. The neighbor & I don't get along that well, and he'd texted me to demand I do something about the trees. He did not offer to pay for any of it. So anyway, I hired Family Tree, and they did an excellent job of removing all the offending tree branches, some of which were large. They made sure the neighbor's yard was cleaned up so he wouldn't complain. There are other large tree branches in my yard that may soon cause potential trouble for myself, and when necessary, I'll call this company again. I didn't think to take any photos, but they did a very good job, in a very timely manner. This whole issue got fixed in about an hour and a half. Definitely recommend!"
