Excellent, their employees and word done has been very professional. They were recommended to us by a 3rd party after moving to Amarillo 2 years ago and have been using them ever since. They are have helped all our trees and saved a couple we thought we would lose when buying our home.

They were on time, did the work promptly, and ground the stump to below ground level. They are a little expensive, but worth it.

They are real personable and really take the time to discuss what you need. The price is a lot better than comparative companies.

The work done on the tree service was excellent. Crew was very professional and equipment used indicated they were professional and experienced. I knew going in they were really expensive, however I am of the mindset that sometimes paying more is in your best interest, especially if they fix your problems once and for all. The young man who performed the sprinkler repairs and yard treatments was pretty good. What I didn't see was an higher level of service or competentancy for what I was paying. I want to make sure it's understood that this review is about pricing for like services you can get substantially cheaper elsewhere and not about personnel performance. I my opinion, you can get about the same with other companies. I believe most of their business is commercial enterprise and not homeowners on a budget.

We have used Amarillo Arbological for several years for lawn and tree care.  Workers are courteous, careful, and totally professional. The company costs slightly more than other landscape providers, but it is worth every penny.  They are especially good at feeding, trimming, and treating our several trees.  They have carefully cabled a large hackberry and have saved a red oak with their Comstat treatment.  We highly recommend the company.

The associates were prompt and professional. They appeared to do exactly what they said they would do. It is too soon to see the results, but it looks as if the trees are responding. One of our pear trees was very sick and the associate told me he did not think the tree would make it, but we agreed to "wait and see."  The tree is alive, but it is not leafing out completely.

The gentleman has been stopping by to check the tree. It was a good experience and we would use them again if we needed more trees.

we called to get an estimate which was scheduled for the next day. the estimate for the removal of two trees (approx. 25 ft. tall) and several small trees and shrubs and trimming of various other things was $600. we were told they would call and let us know when they could start the job. within a week we were contacted. two men showed up and made very quick work of the big job we had. admittedly there was some confusion between what I thought we were doing and what my wife wanted done. so we ended up having to ask some things to be trimmed further down to get it just right. the guys took care of everything and were completely polite and professional despite us not knowing what the h*** we wanted done. I would definitely recommend their services.

They did a great job, and cleaned up very well afterward. They even cut up the limbs in lengths for the fireplace, and carried it all to the other side of the house and stacked it with our firewood.

They arrived at scheduled time, trimmed the trees, fertilized and cleaned up very nicely.

I've been using Amarillo Arborlogical for 10 years. They fertilize all my trees in the spring and fall. They are very professional. If I have any questions about my trees, they always come to my house to check my trees and answer any of my questions. Because of them all my trees are very healthy and have outgrown all the trees on my block.

I called and they came out to look at the trees and provided an estimate for the work.  I later called back and scheduled the work.  They agreed to perform the work eventhough I was going to be out of town.  When I got back the work had been completed and everything was cleaned up.  They did an excellent job and were very professional.  The only complaint I had was that the bill I received was almost $100 more than the original estimate, but was still comparable to other estimates.
