"Lone Star Carpets installed all my flooring and shower tiles for multiunit homes in south Austin. My sincere appreciation is well-deserved to Mr. Tony Rodriguez! He is an experienced, well educated, well-informed, a professional and quite personable individual. Tony is the contractor working with my excellent builder, Truitt Group- Mr. Logan Leen. Tony himself was directly involved in the project from the beginning: getting all the necessary measurements, ordering martials, following up with the installation crew, and making the final inspections of the installations. He also left me with the plenty leftover tiles and material for possible future repairs or renovation!! Tony certainly gives his full attention and care one will need during a home construction! Thank you Tony. My appreciations of his installation crew: Mr. David Romero installed almost all flooring and shower tiles. He is efficient and very conservative with material usage, yet installs quality work. He is very hard-working individual and makes sure to get the job done and done wright! Mr. Juan is the crew lead as well as a great installer. He leads the group by example and makes sure all works are done correctly. Mr. Roger is a good installer and seems enjoys his work and is just happy person. "I have hired Jeff and his team to do work on my homes three times now. Pride in his work shows. Not just Jeff, but everyone on his crew has always show up on time, and considerate of our spaces and even social distancing as necessary. Our most recent project was at the beginning of the Covid-19 quarantine and outside, but it was necessary for them to come in a bit). The quality of the work has always been outstanding and better than the (old but longstanding) builder quality which I hire them to upgrade for me. They pay attention to detail and always go above and beyond - when surprise "extras" appear in the work, offering choices for solutions that won't break my budget. It is so hard to find great contractors that not only show up (on time!!) and finish on time, but also stay on budget. Jeff and his team not only do this, but also great people. I won't hesitate to recommend them and hire them again for any future home improvements and repair."

"Brian, Greg, and their niece Serena were fabulous to work with and did a beautiful job refinishing 3 rooms of engineered red oak flooring that were somewhat scratched and dinged. It was reassuring that the business owners actually did all the work themselves. The floors now look better than when originally installed, with a much more natural looking finish. After getting our input, Brian provided us with samples of different stain colors and finishes so we could pick what we liked best. He worked with us to do the job in 2 phases so our house wasn't completely disrupted all at once. We cleared out the largest room first, and the team refinished that one. A couple of weeks later, we moved the furniture from the other 2 rooms into the room that was already done and the team came back to refinish those rooms. This was less efficient for them, but they didn't charge us extra for that. The work was immaculate, and they contained the dust completely by hanging plastic and using machines that caught most of the dust. We had no cleanup to do afterwards (other than getting a painter to repaint the shoe mould that was removed and reinstalled). They worked extremely hard, sometimes late into the evening, to get the job done on our schedule. We would definitely use them again. Their price per square foot was considerably lower than another longstanding Austin flooring company that gave me a phone quote (and wouldn't have allowed us to break the job into 2 phases)."

They come in, do the work efficiently - each person on the crew knows exactly what they are doing and how to do it - and when they leave, the only way to tell they were there is because of perfectly done end product.
