The crew were nice. Work was not. Prep on my cabinet was poor work. Boss did not overlook prep before he spray painted the cabinets many drips, missed spots. He made many promises that he could not do. I will have to go back and fix all the mistakes. Do not give him money down. I at least did not give him half down so in a sense he got enough for the failed job. Do not hire and probably changes the company name once a bad review. Located out of San Marcos is your hint.

I have used KCLC for multiple projects. Painting, decks, new tile and flooring, fences .great job all around!

Older house needed a new paint job. To properly paint the exterior of the house a great amount of hard prep work needed to be done to ensure a good coat of paint. Prep work includes sanding and scraping off all old paint and putty in all holes and caulk in every crevasse. Other contractors did not want to Prep this exterior paint job as it very time consuming and costly but KCLC did not let the task intimate them. Did a great job.
