The quality of his work was excellent, though it took some time to complete. As with most projects, you can typically choose only two out of three—affordable pricing, fast work, or high quality—but not all at once. Robles Renovation delivered on affordability and quality. He handled the tile removal, hauled away the debris, and was easy to work with throughout the process. Once the tile project was finished, he also offered to paint the entire interior. He is highly motivated, passionate about his craft, and committed to doing the job right. I’ll definitely keep Robles Renovation in mind for future projects."

"After a high-pressure sales pitch presented as an estimate, a "3 days tops" job turned into a month. The materials are good quality and the overall end result is fine now, but it was a circus during the install! First, someone drove a screw through the wall straight into an electrical outlet on the other side! Thank goodness the house didn't burn down when it shorted out inside the wall. After going back and forth with a supervisor "Aaron" who was never even there during the work, saying that it was an existing problem in the electrical system, it finally got fixed. When there's a brand new 3-inch screw going through the box, that is definitely not an existing wiring problem! Apparently they ran out of the screws they were supposed to be using and tried to improvise... Then, 2 floor tiles were cracked during the job and they had to be replaced. Luckily, the same tiles were in stock at the local big box so it was able to be repaired without changing the entire floor, but tack on another day of work. Then, the shower doors were installed upside down and backwards, so another trip had to be made for that to be remedied AFTER they had to order a completely new set of doors! So for 2 weeks we were shimmying into the shower behind a shelf at the back wall of the bathroom. All in all, for the price you pay for this type of shower, I'd expect the workmanship and attention to detail to be much better. The crew was very nice during the process and did eventually own up to and fix the flubs, but if I had to do it all over again, I'd buy a top of the line kit from a big box and have an independent contractor install it for half the cost. I was also encouraged to leave positive reviews in exchange for a gift card, which would explain a lot of the 5 star reviews around the net..."

"We had water leaking through our ceiling that destroyed the drywall. They diagnosed the issue, found the source of the leak around the upstairs window, repaired the window trim, redid the drywall inside, and finished it all in a day. Very impressed with their skills, workmanship, and timing. We called and they showed up and had the work done within 2 days. Would definitely hire again."

"The drain pipe on the side of my dishwasher had a slow leak and water damaged the existing kitchen island cabinet. I called Jeff to see if he could do the work and he came to my home and said he could, and gave me a fair estimate. All the plumbing, electrical and granite counter-top had to be removed, then the old island cabinet removed and replaced. My builder had not done a clean job on the plumbing or electrical and Jeff's team cleaned it all up and even moved some switches around to more sensible locations. Previously, the garbage disposer and overhead light switches were inconveniently located inside the island. Now, I have an air switch in the granite and the light switch was moved to the side of the island making both switches much more accessible and easy to use. There was some custom cabinet work that needed to be done as well as staining. It all came out excellent. The kitchen island is the focal point between the kitchen and family area and you would not know that it was replaced, although, the work Jeff's team did was superior to my home builder. I am an "attention-to-detail" oriented person, and I can tell you that every detail was addressed by Jeff's team. We are very satisfied with the results."
