Completed removal of old heat pump and installation of new system in approximately 6 hours. Very pleased with install and the new system operation. Sabrina (sales engineer) did an excellent job reviewing my system requirements, providing a proposal, and coordinating installation. She is very knowledgeable and professional. The install crew was also very courteous and professional.

Their emergency repair prices are a little steep, including parts that are not covered by Warranty or service contract., but we managed to survive the night . Joseph came out at the time promised and he took aprox 4 hours but he finished the job and he did have one of the two parts needed on his truck. He installed the one part and placed another thermostat while he obtained another one like the original one . He came out 2 days later and swapped he temporary one with the new ty one like the original one that he needed to replace. I was very happy with the service and the professionalism . As far as the price I don't know yet have not received a bill as yet. he did mention a price but at that point I didn't pay too much attention or care cause I was freezing in my house.

It's understandable that things do happen after hours, but should you need service in the future, scheduling during 7:30 am-5:00 pm will be lighter on the wallet. kca installed this system 6 years ago. jeff was out yesterday and within 30 seconds found the system was NOT working efficiently because it was extremely overcharged.kca ,while doing semi annual maintenance for over 6 years (12 trips and several technicians) NEVER discovered that the system was overcharged to begin with. then, i was charged $89 to fix a problem that kca created and never found for over 6 years whule performing prepaid system maintenance. thank you jeff !!! from now on, the only person i want to do our prepaid semi annual check ups will be jeff !

I called Monday morning to say unit stopped working and was given a Tuesday afternoon appointment. Tuesday morning the repairman arrived and unit was diagnosed and repaired quickly, within a few minutes. Instead of only replacing the capacitor i chose to purchase the tune-up kit for a few extra dollars(less than $100, i think). 18 year old unit will need replacing soon, I'm just buying time.

KCA was responsive and sympathetic to the record 100 degree heat we were having. They were highly recommended by friends. I called and they were out that day. Their team analyzed my old unit,dead, but what my needs were for the house. I did my homework and found out they were more then fair on price. They recommended the proper seer and did not try to upgrade to a unit that I didn’t need or afford. The next day they showed up exactly on time, to the minute, and had our house nice and cool by the end of day. We are very happy with the 15 seer Rudd AC. Now we are all into summer. It’s cool inside, CPS bill is lower and my wife is happy. (That’s important) BillD.

Very well. The serviceman was very polite and found the problem right away. We must have hit the auto fan on button by mistake. That was the reason why the fan ran continuously. He was very knowledgeable and checked out our system.

KCA does a thorough check of heat pump functions (coolant pressures, air temp differentials, current draws, strip heater function, etc.), system component condition, and thoroughly cleans the outside unit. They advise of system condition and available options without a hard sell. The technician, Art Soliz, did a great job and acted in a very professional manner (as always). I am very pleased with the work he performed.

This job was outstanding. I have had many things done to my home(s) throughout the years and this was one of the smoothest ever. Even when I did not know all the details of drainage for an A/C system they were extremely responsive, answer my questions and did so all within the contracted price and made reasonable price adjustments when extra discoveries were found. The discounts and cost savings were an added bonus to this job. We would highly recommend them.

A+ Outstanding! After my previous C Rating review I got a call from Savannah who greatly helped me out with chronic installation problems. She is very helpful, friendly and sincerely focused on giving great customer service. The re- installation problems I paid for were reimbursed and they also sent out the #1 Maintenance + Sales expert Cameron to inspect again so the problems do not re-occur. System was installed on the date promised. Installation time was 1 day as promised. Installers were prompt & professional. Due to a high seasonal demand we had to wait a couple of weeks for installation, but Kendall County Air provided us with a window AC unit to get us by. System, installation & financing options all well explained up front. I would not hesitate to call them in the future.

They arrived when they said they would and all the guys were very professional and polite. It was a long hot job. They were here nine hours and most of that spent up in a hot attic. It cost more than expected but they were within range of other companies.

Great! Work preformed on time and excellent results. Cameron was wonderful to work with. He supervised every part of the job and handled any concerns, until we were completely satisfied. Price was a bit steep, but you get what you pay for. Honest company! Does exactly what they say the will do.
