Metal Roofing Installation and Replacement
I have been doing business with Green Knight since 2021, when we decided to switch from asphalt shingles to a metal roof. Best decision ever. This year we decided to screen in our existing patio and I wanted my contractor to tie into the existing roof. So Steven Smith who is with Green Knight came to my home and removed the panels so that my contractor could do just that. With his expertise he coordinated the removal and reinstallation of the new roof . After that was done I had some extra panels left over. I was able to have my shed covered as well. We are extremely satisfied with the quality and workman ship that Green Knight has provided.

We just had new metal roof installed on our home in San Marcos. We researched roofing companies and ended up with Green knight roofing, they sat and showed us all the different material to select from and the sales staff are very professional and easy to work with, once selected, the roof removal and the new installation was a very smooth process with the crew working in 100 plus heat. They didn't slow down and had old roof off in two days, then started installing new roof and once finished the end product is amazing the craftsmanship and quality is second to non, we are very happy with the end result beautiful roof. What a great team! We used Green Knight to install a metal roof on our 60 year old house. From the initial sales consult to the final walkthrough they were professional and communicated clearly. They were able to answer all of our questions promptly and help us chose the right roof for us. The crew doing the installation were very careful and my new roof is BEAUTIFUL! I felt like I was in good hands the whole time and would recommend them for sure. Plus, after the final walk through they provided all the documentation I needed for updating my insurance with my provider and I'm going to save $900 a year for having a Class 4 roof. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a great roof and peace of mind through the process.

Green Knight metal roofers is a company I would highly recommend. The materials they use are superior and look fantastic. The salesman Brett and the foreman Ishmael are prompt in responding and careful with all my plants. The four man crew they used worked nonstop till the project was done. I was able to compare with my neighbor who put on a metal roof at the same time. I think our roof looks so much better and done in half the time. We are pleased with their work for sure. :-)

The 5 star rating comes with caveats. #1 stay actively engaged with your crew. There was an initial lack of communication about all the style options available to me i.e. (ridge caps and finishing trim) during the sales process - but once I got engaged with the crew and during the walk through before the work began, there was common agreement on the craftsmanship details and everyone was quite responsive. (I opted for a low profile cap ridge look) The crew was fast, efficient, and respectful of my requests for certain finishing details.Those finishing touches on the metal roof (ridge caps and curb appeal features) were most important to me so I drove around town and took pictures of metal roofs I liked and they replicated the details. They cleaned the work area every day and that was fantastic. I hope they begin to build a portfolio gallery of roofs they have done so you are most informed up front. #2 If you do not like a detail or have concerns speak up with the crew while the work is happening and they will make it right. #3 Their referral program is disappointing - you are told there is a $50 gift card for all referrals you make but it is not really a gift card - it is a $50 credit to select restaurants - a club membership and the $250 cash referral for those referrals who actually sign on is only for the new purchaser - not you. All in all, I got an incredible crew to work on my roof and their Director of Operations is the glue to everything positive that happened at my home. My home looks fabulous.

Review; Green Knight Metal Standing Seam Roof Installation Green Knight roof replacement at my home took place in August 2020. It started with a survey of my existing roof and a comprehensive quote & summary for roof replacement sent to me by Mark Pollak, the Project Manager. I was able to select the perfect Roofing System to meet my needs, the manufacturer, the underlayment, the color, etc. The work took about a week to complete, to include old roof demolition, installation of new roof panels, flashing, ridge vents, and drip edges. During the construction, if needed, I had full dialogue capability with the Green Knight office, the project manager, and the on-site superintendent. I was impressed the the workers took care to assure that the site and my home exterior was left clean at the end of each work day. Workers used magnetic tools to pick up small nails and metal debris around the premises. The workers had an on-site dumper to collect trash, which was regularly hauled off and replaced. My new roof added immediate increased value to my home. The new look added curb appeal and sets my house as more distinctive from the rest. Since my installation, Iâ ve noticed other homes near me are following suit and going with standing seam metal roof instead of shingles and roof tiles. In all, Iâ m very happy with the results, Additionally, my insurance company offers an Impact-Resistant Roof Discount for the metal roof. I enthusiastically recommend the Green Knight Metal Roofing experts for consideration.

Could not be happier with Green Knight. Truly exceptional experience from start to finish. We are restoring a 1908 Victorian Home and wanted a top quality metal roof that looks like the original cedar shake. Finished roof is exactly as we wanted; highest quality out there and looks exactly like an aged cedar shake roof. They dealt with OUR scheduling delays patiently; always understood... and checked in on us over the course. Install crew was phenomenal and everything was done on time exactly as scheduled. Everyone was a pleasure to work with - from the owners to the sales rep, to the project coordinator, to the crew. No, it's not the least expensive roofing solution out there by any means but you get what you pay for... and we are completely satisfied with what we received for the cost. We now have a lifetime guaranteed roof that is the exact look we were expecting. Simply could not be happier with Green Knight and highly recommend them for any of the services they provide.

Our home was hit by the Super Cell storm of January 10, 2020. Our roof was damaged in several places even to the point of exposing the raw wood under the shingles. We looked for a good reputable company to do our roof, we knew we wanted to replace the shingle roof material with a metal roof, one with the best gage metal and capable to withstand 120+ mph wind gusts. After reviewing four companies and their bids, we selected Green Knight to do our metal roofing for several reasons; first was the fact that Green Knight does metal roofing only, not shingles; second they demonstrated they had heard us and addressed our requests with proof of their work, having veteran roofing staff with the experience we were looking for; and third, which surprised us was the pricing. Green Knight had the most reasonable pricing and did not try to push us to go with another type of roofing material for our home. We knew also, that our roof construction was very complex, with challenging slope (9/12), and that it would require a capable company with the experience and expertise to install it properly and professionally. Green Knight did not disappoint us, they did a superb job and we are extremely pleased with their work, their warranty, their professionalism, and for their responsiveness to our requests and needs. We strongly recommend Green Knight to anyone looking to install a metal roof. They are the Real Deal! Thank you Green Knight!!!

The salesman, Mark Pollard, took the time I needed, with no pressure, to explain exactly what I was getting. No other contractor seemed to care as much. The contract matched exactly the deal we made, to the letter, and at the quoted price. There were no overruns. The roof was installed quickly and professionally, and any concerns I had were addressed immediately. The place to go for a quality job!
