I then explained the roof was located 2 hours west in the Hill Country. He agreed to drive out to survey the wind damage and to meet with the insurance claim adjuster. Ruddyâ s knowledge as a previous adjuster helped me greatly to identify additional storm damage of which I was unaware. In short, Ruddyâ s legacy in the roofing industry, follow-up, and knowing specific details was a great find for me. The project took 5 days to replace two roof structures totaling 6,700 sf using 24 gauge standing seam material. Ruddy managed the entire project onsite from start to finish.
