"I would hire SPS & Contracting again. The white trim is eye-popping! Before painting, they prepped the area with a water pressure & wire brush. Then, they primed the bare areas where needed, caulked, replaced rotten boards, and painted. And they figured out a safe way to get on the steep roof using a harness. Ed & his team got the job done in 1.5 days versus 3 days as quoted by everyone else. He offered me a discount after initially quoting the price, which made my decision easier.
