"I would hire SPS & Contracting again. The white trim is eye-popping! Before painting, they prepped the area with a water pressure & wire brush. Then, they primed the bare areas where needed, caulked, replaced rotten boards, and painted. And they figured out a safe way to get on the steep roof using a harness.
