"We spent 14K on two new AC units for our house in 2021. We had to get the technicians out almost every year and multiples a year because something is always wrong. Some technicians were not experienced enough to diagnose the problem and wasted hours at our house. They also made careless mistakes (not connecting the draining pipe back in the attack) in Aug 2025. We had to run very loud fans for 5 days just to dry the water leak from the attic to our ceiling. The same technician was sent out in Nov 2025 and made the same mistake again. Now our ceiling is leaking again. The customer service did not even acknowledge or apologize for what we are going through. I am now worried that repeated leak may have caused permanent damage to our house. I do not recommend this company."

The second was significant when a very large pine tree was hit close to our house causing various electrical issues in the home -- despite having a whole home surge protection system. Just months after having the lightning rods installed, lightning struck an even larger pine tree in our small back yard, Thankfully, the lightning rods saved us! It was a huge strike, and we had no damage at all in the house. These lightning rods were potentially life-saving."

On the day of service Todd was on time and professional. We unexpectedly had a family emergency minutes before he arrived. He patiently waited until it was resolved to begin working on our electrical issues. He thoroughly checked out each issue and resolved them. He was even considerate to give me a ride to the hospital to meet my family after completing the electrical repairs as our second car was in the shop at the time.
