Absolutely the best customer service. I called mid afternoon. He said he would be available that day and came right out. I explained what happened - a GCA flipped off - and he checked it. Even looked at my circuit box which I had been told had lot of carbon build up. He did not see anything problematic. He did not charge me for the call and did not try to up-sell anything.
