"First company (Fast Plumbing) that was sent out by the insurance company was too tired to do the repair that day. Next day Fast Plumbing a no-show. I called them. The owner (Lee) said he did not want the job; to notify my insurance company. The insurance company called Roto-Rooter of Austin on this 3 day weekend. Their plumber arrived within several hours. He completed the job within 2 hours. He did not have to pull my toilets (as the other company's plumber had wanted to do). He simply passed his rooter line down the shower drain. He then walked around the outside of the house and found a main sewer clean-out site built into the wall and cleaned out again at this site. I was so grateful as I had been going to the toilet in my backyard. I am 70 yrs, with a cane and Medical Alert bracelet. I will always use Roto-Rooter if they continue to provide this excellent service. They have the man power & expensive equipment to do a job correctly. No I do not work for them!"

"I thought that I had a simple grout repair project. But once the tile was removed, it was clear that the existing tile was not properly installed. Walter removed all the tile, installed cement board all around, added water proofing fabric under the tile, and then re-tiled everything. It looks great!
