This is a USA made to order product that had about a 5 week wait but the owner called every week with an update and it came in on time. .My husband and I are extremely happy with our choice of Hill Country Tub and Tile. Luckily, there were no unexpected problems like mold or leaking water so Mike and his helper were able to do the demolition and install in just one day. They even had enough battery operated lights and tools with them so they continue to work during a 1 hour KPUB electric outage. When they left, the bathroom was spotless and we are looking forward to trying it out tomorrow."

"What a great experience! About 10 minutes after I sent the original inquiry, they contacted me to set up a no-cost, on-site estimate/evaluation with someone who was on-call and available right away. He called 10 mins later to confirm and 30 mins after that, the doorbell rang! He showed up wearing a mask and had even stepped back to a safe social distance!! He was polite, personable, safe and respectful! Very impressive. He quickly evaluated the slow drain in the kitchen sink, gave an estimate that was thoroughly reasonable, and then got to work on it. He was noticeably careful bringing his tools and gear into & out of the house. (Much appreciated!) He worked quickly & efficiently, did a great job communicating what he was doing and in explaining & demonstrating that it was fixed! He even did a good (**not merely adequate**) job of cleaning up! The team who worked even took the time to save the plants that were near the work area and cut around the stone entrance I have so I can put it back together instead of making their lives easier and cut straight through that area of the home. They were even kind enough to seal a small chip in the driveway with the cement they used to close back the holes they made. Which by the way you can?t even see they even worked on due to how they were capable of cleaning and setting EVERYTHING back together."
