The construction quality was so good on my bungalo that was built a year and a half ago, I decided to have the patio enclosed as well which was recently completed. "Ely and his crew were on time. The moment Ely arrived on day one for an estimate - he used professional engineering equipment to help guide his decisions on design. He conducted slope measurements with lasers and showed my wife and I, where there were previous errors on the original work we had done. He explained the home construction code and reminded us to always ask contractors to show engineering construction regualtions in the future for any work to be done. In summary, he explained the scope of work start and finish timeline. He was very professional in his approach throughout the project. He took the time to give me landscape ideas post patio project that would really bring the backyard together with new patio. The cost of the project was comencerate with the quality of work.
