However, in 2024 a portion of the deck developed a noticeable concave sag between two of the support beams. For the past year, I have made multiple attempts to have The Ivins Brothers come inspect the issue and advise on a repair. I have only on personal contact with them in the past year and was told that someone would come by and look at the situation. No one ever showed up or even called to reschedule. Since then, I have left several voicemail messages with no response. I have also emailed the address listed on their website multiple times and never received a reply. The lack of communication and follow-through is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Because of this, I cannot give them a higher rating despite being satisfied with the original construction. "
