The construction quality was so good on my bungalo that was built a year and a half ago, I decided to have the patio enclosed as well which was recently completed. After two weeks now the Palmetto St. Augustine seems to be taking good root into the loam layer. Hopefully will be quite a bit more shade tolerant than the builder grade grass that slowly died out."
