They gave a date and time that it would be finished by. They finished it well before that date and they were flexible on when we would pay. Top-notch work and really quickly done.

I had a large back patio enclosure completely redone, as well as new roofing. All the different teams (electrical, framing, roofers, drywall/painters) did great work. Whenever anything unexpected came up, or I had questions Roland was quick to respond and on top of things. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent work at a great price!

We had an excellent experience with Roland and Castillo Construction. Our enclosed patio had rotten boards and old windows and needed to be completely redone. The bid was very reasonable, and Roland made a number of suggestions that improved on our ideas for the project, like using a sliding glass door instead of swinging doors. The work was done in a timely manner, and all the crews did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Roland is very attentive to the details, communicates well, and is easy to get along with. We highly recommend them and will use them again!

Roland is the ultimate professional meeting or exceeding his commitments. His estimate was easy to schedule and after answering his questions about what was needed he took all of his measurements and sent a very detailed estimate. After hiring he worked with us to schedule the work and is currently performing the work. His crew have also been very professional.

Good work, but more expensive than it should be

Working with Roland and his crew was a delight. I had multiple handyman services (roof repair, garage door install, etc.) that were needed in addition to the sliding glass door install. I even requested a last minute install of a kitchen sink! These guys made it happen.. They did great work and went above and beyond with their customer service and even worked on a Saturday just to finish the job as soon as they could. Great company and I will be using them again for all of my projects moving forward.

Roland takes pride in his work and did an outstanding job on the loose siding and repairing the fence line and gate... I have since used RSC Construction for a couple of more small jobs that I had and as always, Roland came to the rescue... He and his crew are very polite and very professional.... I would recommend using them for your next home repair project

Great experience with a not-so-fun roof leak. RSC did a great job, come in on time and in budget and now we no longer have a roof leak!!!

Reasonable, knowledgeable, and professional

I had a roofing emergency, with the 100 year rain storm. I was having my entire home ceiling popcorn removed and floated by another company when the rains occurred. The other company was working through the weekend to get my job completed, when we found a leak occurring around a wood burning stove. The other company was not able to move forward on this major project until the leak was fixed. This company came to my rescue, after being notified on Sunday evening 11/1/15 the were here by 8:30 am, 11/2/15, early for their 9:00 am appointment. They fixed the leak, and while they were here I had them fix another less important roofing issue. Very satisfied! Great customer service.

The only negative comment is that, due to the summer season and multiple project, start of the project was rescheduled once. Everything else was well done once the requirements were firmly established.

Everyone should use this vendor!!! The price was reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done. He and his help did excellent job and were very friendly.
