JFB Concrete did a phenomenal job replacing two cracked driveway panels in my house. These cracks showed up after foundation work, and JFB Concrete made the entire repair process smooth sailing. From calling 811 to mark utilities to hauling away the old slabs, they took care of it all. - Quality Workmanship: They meticulously prepped the ground, put in rebar for reinforcement, and then poured and finished the concrete flawlessly. - Speedy Turnaround: The entire process, from initial contact to installation, took only a week! - Value: Value: JFB Concrete offered a very reasonable price for the excellent work they performed. John and Mike were great to work with. We hired JFB to do an 8x12 concrete patio extension for our home. Pros: Mike who came to quote the project was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the options, the process, and answer my detailed questions. He was very responsive as well on text/calls as we were setting up the scheduling and the post-pour process. John was already great to communicate with about scheduling and was on-site day of to talk us through what would happen and aftercare of the concrete. John's crew was also quite efficient. They had one day for setting up the forms and prepping the ground, and another day for the pour. Cons: My only disappointment on the project was the trash left behind. The crew dumped a huge mass of of leftover concrete in the greenbelt area behind my house and left trash and more small chunks of concrete in my backyard. However, when I texted John about this issue, he apologized and made sure to send someone to clean it all up and take it off my property ASAP. Overall, barring the cleanup issue, I was satisfied with JFB Concrete and would recommend them.

We were so pleased with the results in front (porch and sidewalk) that we asked him back to do fencing, retaining walls, and patio refurbishment. We got several quotes from different contractors to pour a new concrete slab driveway replacing an old asphalt/gravel one. JFB Concrete not only came in lower than other bids, but were also the only ones who weren't afraid to talk to the city about any necessary permits. Indeed, other contractors told us scare stories about the expense and difficulty. The new driveway was installed on-time and on-budget. When the neighbor complained (unnecessarily) about a small detail, JFB went above-and-beyond, for no additional cost, to fix the issue for me in the name of keeping things civil with my neighbors. I would highly recommend them for any suitable future jobs.

I highly recommend John and his crew, they did an excellent job of removing a broken driveway slab at my NW Austin residence, and pouring a new one, the completed driveway looks great, all of the debris was removed and cleaned up, they also power-washed the front of my house and did a very good job here as well, John was very professional, friendly and kept me updated on timing, I thought his pricing was fair, he was honest and easy to work with, they always arrived on time and the crew were a joy to work with, not much else I can add here, except I am glad I contacted John

John called soon after I submitted my request for an estimate. He came out the next day, provided the proposal the following day and started work the day after that. The stairs required a curve and some other nonstandard tweaks but John had solutions for all of the issues. They were very quick and John provided updates when necessary. Clean up was good. I'll use them again.
