"Mr. Handyman sent Marty and he was fantastic! He showed up on time and was ready to put on his booties when I said, "Nah, you don't need those--I have all tile and hardwoods in the house." But he was prepared nonetheless. I gave Marty the rundown of what I needed (and even had a sheet with everything written down because I changed a few things since I initially called Mr. Handyman. No problem--Marty could flex with the changes. We hadn't moved in yet, so our house was basically empty, so  I then went to work and completely trusted Marty to work in the house while I was away. When I came back at the end of the work day, I did a walk through with Marty and everything looked great. He came by the next morning at the same time and on time. Marty noticed that I couldn't put in some light fixtures in the bathroom where I wanted to move them because of pipes. Thank goodness he figured that out and he and I troubleshooted how we'd do it. (I ended up changing how I was going to do the lighting.) When he finished that day he did a walk through with  me to show me everything. I couldn't have been more pleased. He also cleaned up everything, and so there wasn't any debris left in my home. 
A few weeks later after our painters had re-painted the interior, I also had Marty come back to do more work (install the new ceiling fans, install some very heavy and beautiful wooden medicine cabinets, finished the install of the lighting in the bathroom, and put in two new faucets in the master bathroom.) That job, too, totaled around $1200.
There was one time Marty got stuck on another job and couldn't make it to my place to remove a built-in medicine cabinet that needed removing before our painters came, so Mr. Handyman sent Wally. He was great too! He removed the cabinet and patched up the wall with texture to match our wall's texture and you can't even tell there used to be something there. That job was roughly $250.
I would call Mr. Handyman in a heartbeat again. And I would definitely request Marty or even Wally.

"It was a fantastic job. I really didn’t know what I needed or what would be best. Eli guided me to what was best for me. He used fence posts, fill dirt and sand. Then he spent a lot of time leveling it. Then when the pool was delivered he and his crew (including his Dad...I could see where he got his work ethic from) set up and filled the pool. It was very difficult to get wrinkles out of the bottom but they did. They cleaned off my back porch while they were filling the pool. He trimmed my trees also. Eli had a lot of equipment at his disposal that helped with the installation. I can’t wait to get in the pool with my granddaughter and stay cool this summer. I am VERY satisfied with CQS Construction! He was very fair on the price and I feel I got more than I paid for. I will use this company again."

"Mr Gary was very nice. He examined the project and commenced to working on my door. He said he have never done one before, installing a Smartkey door but he has done a great job. He did not walk away from the project, he performed it to satisfaction by me and himself. He was determined and he accomplished the mission. I believe I now have me a handyman. "Tech replaced the suspension rods on my Samsung WA50R5400AV washer and fixed the UB error. He used non-OEM parts, but he stood by them and the machine is now running fine. After the repair he casually brought up adding gas dryer vent/internal cleaning plus refrigerator coil cleaning, making it sound like a small, inexpensive add-on. I agreed. He later quoted $500 ($249 for dryer + $249 for refrigerator). After some back-and-forth we settled on $350. This is the red flag: No price was ever quoted or confirmed before the extra work started. If he had told me the real cost upfront, I would not have agreed to it. Their website promises ?clear quote before any work begins? and ?no hidden fees,? but that didn?t happen. The washer repair was decent and the parts are working so far (done June 1, 2026), but the add-on was pitched and priced in a misleading way. I ended up spending over $800 total when I only needed the washer repair. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency.."

A second gate was not opening or closing properly due to work next door.. Finally 6 planks were removed and new ones installed. I am very pleased with the work that was done and would re hire.."
