"Mr. Sanchez did a thorough analysis of our difficulty with a metal roof exhaust fan, gave me three options, and gave me a recommendation. He completed the work in less than 15 minutes in a fully satisfactory way. Several other contractors were talking about significant changes in our roof and additional equipment. Mr. Sanchez simply repaired the fans in place, and they are working perfectly now.
