Customers say: Super punctual

"We bought a 7 figure house in and added a mid 6 figure pool complex, only to learn that as a result of living downhill we had an underground river threatening out entire investment. After playing around with french drains and other simple measures we called in the owner, Mike of Advantage Drain. He played it straight with us, letting us know what it would take to save our property. It was not cheap, but his solution was commercial quality grade and what was needed. I marvel now every day at the elaborate solution he came up with. I would encourage anyone who is fearful of what water is doing to their investment to allow them to recommend the right solution. Great team., both technically and personally and a pleasure to work with them."

Quote stayed the same no bs. Daniel & Gladimir were absolutely phenomenal. Can't thank you guys enough for saving my wife's birthday week the way you did. Guess these are my new plumbers."

"It went really well. I appreciated the open and honest conversation. The company presented several solutions in addition to discusssing the pros and cons with me about each. In the end with their help because of their honesty we decided to peruse the landscape regrade option which meant that they would not get a French drain job. I have come across few companies who will do what is right and in the best interest of a client at the expense of their own business but they did and it was a refreshing experience."

"Excellent. Steve and installers showed up on time as scheduled. Steve was quick to respond to questions from initial contact and throughout the process. He took time to explain everything once the new install was completed. The installers were great. Everything cleaned up when they left."

Drain Pipe Installation questions, answered by experts

There are several common signs that your main sewer line may be clogged. Key indicators include multiple fixtures in your home draining slowly, gurgling sounds coming from drains or toilets, and water backing up into showers, sinks, or toilets. You might also notice water backing up from the plumbing system's drain cleanout, water in your basement drain, or unexplained wet patches on your lawn. Foul odors, such as the smell of raw sewage or rotten eggs, are another common symptom. The most reliable way to confirm a main sewer line clog is to hire a professional plumber to perform a camera inspection.

Grease buildup, tree roots, and foreign objects often cause blockages. Regular maintenance prevents major issues.

No. You should dispose of all oil-based finishing products through a local hazardous waste program. Not only can oil-based finishes be hazardous for the environment if disposed of in the sink, but they can cause clogs in your pipes and stop up your drains. Most municipal garbage or waste disposal companies have a specific location or pick-up schedule for hazardous materials, so that’s your best bet to get rid of excess finishing products.

The spin cycle on your washer should initiate draining, but if you still find leftover water in the washing machine tub, you may need to drain it manually. To manually drain a washing machine, you’ll need to turn off the power supply and locate the drain hose, filter, and pump. Open or disconnect these parts and let the water drain into a bucket.

Professional plumbers use many high-grade chemicals to unclog drains. Many use hydrochloric acid, known as muriatic acid, when it comes to extreme blockages.
