"Our landscape architecture and construction studio, Twistleaf, contacted Texan Water in spring 2023 to assess the condition of an existing well at a clients property in Fredericksburg, in preparation for a large-scale landscape renovation project. Their technician was the consummate professional. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable, he took the time to answer all of our questions in person, then always followed-up with reporting and work orders as promised. After the initial assessment and with the passage of time, it was clear that additional work needed to be done on the well, which Texan Water executed in a timely and reliable manner, in concert with other trades working on site. We were impressed with the professionalism of their entire staff, as well as how quickly they were able to fit us into their schedule each time we needed them. Texan Water really earned our trust and continues to maintain the well. We will definitely work with them in the future for water well drilling or repair."

"Initially we thought we had found a good company to service our well issue. They came out immediately to look at issue and gave us a solution we thought to our problem. Within a month, our well again was flooding well house and should have been covered under their warranty. We called multiple times and finally connected to be serviced. That day came any went without anyone showing up or calling to reschedule. Follow up calls got us nowhere until I left a message that if I didn?t get a callback, I would place an honest review on the bad service and unprofessional message from them. The well guy called back with excuse everyone at company had flu and to go ahead and leave a negative review. So here it is. They are quick to get out and make a buck but not follow up on any issues thereafter under warranty. If the well guy would kindly correct this situation, I would in turn follow up with a positive review of them correcting a situation for a customer. "

"In the middle of August (106 deg.) when everyone was having busted water pipes… Texan Water came out and did a SUPERB job of getting the gushing water flow stopped. This was supposed to have been fixed by SAWS but after a couple of months of waiting for SAWS, I called Texan Water. They scheduled me in and within a week, sent out Noah who found a way to plug up an old fire hydrant. We contracted with them to dig a well and provide all reservoir and pump parts. They were very competitively priced, great with explanations on what the process would be, great communication during the process, and they came out right on schedule. "It turns out that the new Smalley homes do not have the in/out of the manifold for the water in a place where you can get to it easily. They had to remove the hot water heater, cut out a place to get to the manifold, remove foam insulation, hook up the pipes to the system, re-foam the manifold, put back the drywall, reinstall the hot water heater, and get the system up and running. The two gentlemen, Dan and Dax, were as nice as anyone would want. Polite, intelligent, and efficient. Dan figured out how to get it installed without my having to pay for a drywall person and painter to fix up the wall. I'm super happy and super impressed with their work and perseverance to get the job finished in one day. They were here for about six hours. Thanks!!"
