"Andy and his crews were amazing! They arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. and immediately began jack-hammering and digging. Their employees are the hardest-working bunch of guys I've ever seen. At one point I told the foreman, Andy, I couldn't believe how hard they were working but what a mess! Andy said "by the time we're done you won't even be able to tell we were here". I thought "Yeah right". When they were done, the guys starting raking the dirt clogs from our yard, washed down the stonework around the flower beds and the sidewalk. They then poured new concrete right in front of our front door. The guy went over it 3 or 4 times to make sure it was smooth and then brushed it so it wouldn't be slippery. Then they insisted on fixing some stepping stones in our side yard that they had to break up for a couple of piers. They even replanted some of my flowers! Sure enough, you could not tell that our whole yard was a disaster area earlier that day. I have already recommended them to friends!"

A crew of 8 showed up and worked all day completing the project. They were polite and cleaned up after the job was completed. "Olshan destroyed my house! The unsupervised crew of 5 Guatemalan guys, using their own guesswork, lifted the house the wrong way and beyond reasonable limits causing the destruction of bathrooms, collapse of walls, and the caving of second floor floors - see photos. Olshan is UNINSURED and theOlshan Contractors are uninsured as well. Think of that... I discovered the the result the hard way. The house on one occasion felt as if it was dropped causing bathtubs to move, walls to separate from ceilings, shower enclosure, vanities and cabinets to get dislodged from brackets and walls, walls to collapse, and floors to cave in. Olshan Enginnering charges are FRAUD! Olshan charged $650 for engineering - that is a complete fraud. No one single licensed engineer, nor any person with any engineering education was present at site, nor had designed a plan of work for the uneducated crew sent by Olshan to handle houses worth hundred of thousands and millions of dollars. Trusting Olshan on a house is nothing short of playing Russian Roulet. The 5 persons cGuatemalan crew were instructed to finish the 10-pilings job 6 hours, they started 8:30 and rushed to jack up the house bu 2 pm. Each was performing on his own guesswork without coordination, without engineering supervision, and without looking inside the house to see the ehhects of their work. The $10k Olshan job resulted in an initial repair cost in excess of $23,000 so far, and not including the structural or plumbing repairs. The endless number of lawsuits against Olshan and the DeShazers - the owners of the company was clearly filed for good reasons. Olshan's lack of ethics, greed, negligence, and the evil indifference and disregard of homeowners' life is beyond description. Befor Olshan my house had two (2) cracks on the garage wall inside the house. Olshan, work caused the creation of 39 crack inside the house and almost the collapse of a brick wall outside in which endless cracks developped. In summary; I paid Olshan $10,000 to destroy my house. That is my own experience as the photos shows"

"It's funny... we've been considering a foundation repair company for our current house, and my wife mentioned Integrated Foundation Solutions, which then rang a bell. The experience to follow happened years ago, and we never posted a review to reflect the lousy service from IFS. Truthfully, I think we were too hacked off by the whole experience to focus, at the time. But, after finding all the old emails today, with all the salient details intact, I thought I'd rectify that mistake. (Quoted verbiage to follow is verbatim from emails.) Short version: Before the sale of our previous house, we brought out IFS to level our foundation. Schaun (owner) and Diane (coordinator) sent out a crew headed up by Arlen... during the foundation leveling, one of Arlen's crew kicked loose a plumbing pipe, which then proceeded to soak a portion of the carpet and baseboard in the nearest room. No one on the crew told us, perhaps no one noticed. (Arlen even went so far as to say that there was "not a doubt in his mind" that one of his guys had kicked the pipe connection loose. Further, Arlen mentioned that it was the third occasion one of his team members had caused damage on the job, in the few weeks previous.) After we brought out a plumber for repairs, IFS said that "flooring folks" had been contacted re: examining and repairing the damage caused during the foundation work done by IFS. Later, "flooring folks" became Chris, the boyfriend of Diane, the job coordinator. Chris then proceeded to do a sketchy job repairing the baseboard -- painting it while it was still swollen from the leak, thus causing the color to not match at all, despite him being "in the flooring business for many years" -- so then he had to come out again, and was clearly not thrilled to do so. Schaun would also "not authorize using a carpet cleaning company" to clean the carpet, as a result of his team's screw-up, but they had "already rented a Rug Doctor type machine". Aside from costing us time, this was incredibly frustrating, though I remained pleasant and genial over all email exchanges. We only wanted our house back like it was, before IFS caused some damage. Remember, we were in the process of selling the house and there was a contract pending. Clearly, IFS was attempting to be as cost-efficient as possible, for their own bottom line, though when I recapped the situation, the response I received from Schaun was very defensive. His explanation of "I guess if I had charged as much as the other company wanted, this would be a no-brainer and I'd have everything fixed perfectly" really sums up the entire experience, in that he not only reacted defensively to repeated mistakes MADE BY HIS COMPANY, but admitted that they had not fixed everything perfectly. He also said that in regards to repairing the damage caused by his people, "since this was not a regular profit situation, it is only fair that I utilize people that will save me money to make repairs". Which is sort of funny, in that he is again framing the mistakes & damages made by his company as a "situation" by which HE should be treated fairly, rather than the homeowners on the receiving end. Finally, Schaun ended with a suggestion that we be "realistic" in our expectations... "Remember, we've been on top of this from beginning to end so far... you've had everything done immediately and without a word from us". Well, bully for you, Schaun... your people caused damaged that required multiple repairs, and you didn't even complain about our more than reasonable request for that damage to be repaired. Well done! There's every possibility that IFS has matured and is now a dandy company. Perhaps all these secondary and tertiary employees have moved on. But as we bring out foundation companies to look at our current house, we will absolutely not consider IFS. Never again. Because the owner then is apparently still the owner, today. YMMV."

"Be aware of the warranty fraud and bad advertising. The advertising says they stand behind the structure. We have a wall that is in the middle of the area they raised and they did not put piers in the wall. This was a miss on the engineers part that should have had piers. The new engineer that came out said he wasn't the initial engineer and wasn't responsible for the miss. The new engineer said that they only warranty the pier and not the structure of the area the pier is in. (miss advertising). We would have had no problem purchasing additional piers at the time they were installed. Now they want to sell additional piers to fix there miss which is wrong. Be very aware that once they sell you piers if you have any issues in the area they fix is to sell more piers instead of standing behind the structure they fixed."
