Ellis is professional and knowledgeable and pays attention to detail and satisfying clients expectations. The roof and gutters were done in 3 days and look great. He went to the trouble to get custom skylights and flashing and repaired some problems outside of the contracted job at no cost. I recommend him highly and would definitely use him again for the high quality of work at a reasonable cost.

Ellis was very good to work with from quoting through project finish. He was knowledgeable about key roofing details and provided valuable explanations and advice. Originally, I had him quote only the roof and skylight and then later added the gutters. The addition was handled so smoothly it was like I had asked for them in the first place. I understood at the beginning of the project the skylight install would be the rough in with no sheetrock/drywall work included and accepted it that way. At the time, I didn't realize this meant they would not cut the existing sheetrock in the ceiling to expose the skylight to the room below and that was the only minor disappointment that was quickly resolved with a pruning saw on a pole. There was a misunderstanding between the crew and myself on the position of the skylight (my fault) and we discovered it halfway into the install. The crew stopped and took the time to let me better explain and then promptly and courteously made the correction. Very good experience in every aspect.

Ellis came out to my house twice to evaluate the situation. He diagnosed the situation and advised me - for free - on how I could fix it myself to save money, which I attempted. When that didn’t work out, he priced me a very reasonable amount to fix the problem, communicated very quickly, and the work was done professionally. Highly recommended!

Ellis is fabulous. Our phone call was quickly replied to and he was out the following day. As long as there are no major storms we should get another 2-3 years out of the roof. He replaced the missing shingles and we are good to go. I can not say enough good things about Ellis. He is honest and has integrity.

From contacting on a Saturday morning response was fast and was they came out on Monday after a few days quote was received and was competitive pricing. We chose Ellis because of experience, knowledge and time. They were professional and there was manager on site at all times and owner came out several times during the job to make sure roof was done correctly and on time. We also contacted them to recommend company to replace gutters that we had to replace also. We were pleased with the roof replacement from start to finish. Highly recommend and will use again if needed for future.

I got all new gutters installed. Easy to get an estimate (including responding to texts), simple to schedule via email, and the work was done just as expected. I previously had a small roof repair done too, which went perfectly. Will definitely hire again for any future roof work.

Called Ellis as result of all the good reviews on Angies list. I notices a stain starting on my living room ceiling just below the chimney. He answered phone on my first call and came by that afternoon. He took pictures to show me what issue was. It was from my chimney and another stack pipe close to the chimney. He scheduled a time to come back, and I asked it he could also clean my gutters or knew someone I could call. He said he would clean them for me. He came back did the work, took pictures of completed work for roof repair and the cleaned gutters. He was very nice, easy to work with. He even took care of a couple of other issues he saw while he was working on roof and cleaning gutters. I was very thankful he was able to get to me as promptly as he did.

Ellis was extremely responsive and the job was completed within 24 hours of my initial call. I called and Ellis picked up. I explained the issue to him and he came to my house less than three hours later. He inspected the area and gave me a price quote immediately. He came out the next morning to complete the job and did everything he said he was going to do and also replaced one additional tile on the house without me asking him. Very impressive job and I would definitely hire Ellis again for any roofing repairs.

They did superb. He came through with the amount he specified. Not only did he put on a new roof, he replaced the plywood with radiant barrier and I've been very pleased with the results. He was competitive. I was impressed by his roofing crew, those guys worked their tales off. Wears you out watching those guys. I would absolutely use them again.

I prepaid money to Angies List but was later called by vendor that my type house is not covered under that offer and I would get my money back by Angies List, but I do not think that I ever got that money returned to me

On 4-26-16 you ordered a $199.00 maintenance deal through Angie's List and as you stated your house does not meet the criteria for us being able to perform the work under this price. I came out to your home and I sent you an email offering to give you an estimate for the additional work that needs to be done. On a big deal such as this if the house is a large 2 story steep roof and a fall hazard, I must send 2- 3 men with the proper equipment. I will be happy to give you an estimate to perform the additional work, as I offered before and discount the $199.00 from the money you paid Angie on the work order. That is the only remedy I can offer after a year and a half as the original purchase has expired. Call me at 214-957-1582 and I will make arraignments to get an estimate to you.
