The initial visit was scheduled for a 3 hour window, however they were an hour and a half late with no call to let me know. I would have preferred a call to let me know, but it wasn't a big deal. They wear little shoe covers any time they enter the house, which I really appreciate. I also had an issue with 1 room being warmer and the technician checked it out and corrected the minor problem causing it for no charge. (Something in the attic was just tossed on to the duct that went to that room, almost completely pinching it closed.)"
