"Thank you for the review. we strive to give fast, affordable, with long-lasting repairs."
"Thank you for the review. We didn't know if both were bad or just 1, and there was no way of knowing if it was both or just 1 until we replaced the first one. The tech told you it was working, and you were ok with him just installing the one to save you money. You were with the tech as yall tested it multiple times before he left and everything was good. You then reached back out and let us know it had stopped working, so we came back the next day to replace the second one. As stated before, there was no way of us knowing if the second one was bad till we replaced the first. After replacing the second one, the first one was working as normal again."
"Thank you so much for your review. Just a break down on the cost, we charge for the part and then we have a set labor amount regardless how long we are there. We do not charge by the hour or anything when it comes to repairing your appliances. You also have the warranty on the part and labor."
"Thank You for the review. we do not charge $200 per hour. Our labor cost is a flat rate of $200 so if the job takes 30 minutes or 3 hours it is a flat rate of $200. Also, the work and parts come with a warranty."
"Thank You."
