Called 'em when my washer wouldn't stop filling after the big freeze in December. Game 'em the info on my washer, talked them thru what it was doing and what I'd tried already, they ordered the parts and took a deposit, and were there within the week to do the repairs while I was at work. I didn't even need to be there. Will definitely use again!

They diagnosed the problem to be two faulty switches on the first visit . They only replaced one on the second time out . And of course had to be scheduled to come out to replace the second switch on the third and hopefully keeping my fingers crossed final visit.

"Thank you for the review. We didn't know if both were bad or just 1, and there was no way of knowing if it was both or just 1 until we replaced the first one. The tech told you it was working, and you were ok with him just installing the one to save you money. You were with the tech as yall tested it multiple times before he left and everything was good. You then reached back out and let us know it had stopped working, so we came back the next day to replace the second one. As stated before, there was no way of us knowing if the second one was bad till we replaced the first. After replacing the second one, the first one was working as normal again."

My dryer broke, I called the company (I had never used the or even heard of them), A person talked to me on the phone. We arranged a time to come, which we changed by a day, he came and fixed the dryer with parts he already had. It was a bit pricy but it was quick, easy, and finished. I would use them again.

Service was great. Quick, repaired in time stated, good explanation of the issue. Only complaint is $200/hr labor is insane. Maybe that's the normal now. I think I should change from engineering to appliance repair.

"Thank You for the review. we do not charge $200 per hour. Our labor cost is a flat rate of $200 so if the job takes 30 minutes or 3 hours it is a flat rate of $200. Also, the work and parts come with a warranty."

Michael was prompt in arriving and told me what he thought the issue was. He ordered parts and let me know as soon as they were available. The parts did not fix the problem. Michael suggested not putting any more money into my dryer because of its age. I appreciate his honest communication.
