We contacted four painting contractors for bids on our project with the intention of hiring the one that would be the most sensitive to our needs. The amount of the bid was not the most important consideration. When Moses visited our home he immediately saw the need for care based on the complexity of our gardening efforts, and said that he would need to do most of the painting with brushes and rollers.
