"Cerdas Painting did a superior job in all aspects of painting 6 rooms and a hallway. Had them remove 'popcorn' ceiling texture from 4 rooms. They supplied samples of paint which ended up true to what we got. All trims were clean with straight edges. They always let me know when they would be here and never delayed the job for any reason. These people worked very hard with just a lunch break and long hours. We were able to live in our house while the work was being done. Jason was so kind and considerate while the work was being done it was a welcome change from other teams we have used in the past. They were not the cheapest but were great with the quality and there is not need fix anything afterwards. Cleanup was quick and complete. I will be using them again!"

"Brad showed up on time to provide a quote! He asked good questions in order to understand our expectations and to give the most accurate quote possible. While his quote was not the least expensive of the three we gathered, it was clearly fair and competitive.
 Brad and his assistant showed up on time on the day scheduled for work to begin! Considerable time was spent protecting walls, floors, and vents to make sure dust and ?gunk? from the popcorn ceiling removal was contained. Clean up at the end of each day as better than anyone could expect considering the amount of work done. Brad called a least once a day to provide a status report if we did have time to drop by and see for ourselves.

"They are professional painters and did an excellent job on my ceiling. I had the entryway, the living room, kitchen, laundry room and halfway popcorn removed from ceiling, retextured and then painted ceiling white paint. It was a beautiful job. The only complaint I had was one of the workers dropped or stood on my new dryer and left a dent on it, and he didn't tell me about it. I found out about it a day later. Also Anthony Hernandez was supposed to come after they finished the work to see if their work was good or if I had any complaints and he didn't do that. Other than those two things, I was pleased with the work, and I would hire them again."

"The roof they put on leaked. They brought somebody out to work on the roof and it continued to leak. They had some ceiling people come in a re-textured and repainted the whole ceiling. It took about one month to get the whole thing done to satisfaction. Their response was a bit slow."
