"They were able to get a senior tech, Raymond, out to us in less than an hour, and he promptly complete a job that was too complicated for the first locksmith we tried. Excellent service for a totally reasonable price. If we ever need another locksmith, this is who we’ll call."

"Excellent. John was very prompt and definitely experienced in what he was doing. He did a great job in not only repairing my weatherstripping but also aligning my door. He also did a paint touch up job on my door. I highly recommend him and will use him again."

"I called Alarm Protection Group AFTER my office was burglarized. Now I feel SAFE. William is great to work with. He's neat and tidy, prompt, presentable - not a butt-crack type of guy, and he doesn't leave a mess in his wake. He's also knowledgeable about the equipment and only uses high-quality products."

"Walter and Glen at Protect Your Home Group with ADT are the best people to talk to in terms of security alarm. Being a locksmith myself I know how important it is to deal with the right people. I referred a lot of customers to them and so far they are happy with their service. I myself got one for my house. Thank you for a consistent service and great deal."

"Chris with Lock-It-Down Locksmith arrived at our home on time, replaced the malfunctioning locks quickly, explaining what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. He is very knowledgeable and was a pleasure doing business with. Angi has a winner with Lock-It-Down and I recommend them highly."

"The replacement went fine. The work was professional and at the agreed time. I was pleased with that. My only issue was with the charges. I had found the mechanism online priced at $108 (with $13 shipping). It would have arrived after my desired time frame, so I expected the locksmith would have a local resource from which to purchase at a wholesale price in a more timely manner. I expected that price to be about $60; certainly less than $100. However, I was told the locksmith paid $179! This didn't seem reasonable. Also, I did not receive an itemized receipt, only a total. After expecting to pay perhaps $150, I was actually charged almost TWICE that. So although I was happy with the work, I was certainly not happy with the price."

"Needed to quickly change the locks.Called at 830am on Saturday after trying several other locksmiths who did not answer. Got through in a couple of rings and a locksmith was out on site within 20min and was done within an hour after I called.  These days I almost expect bad service, but these guys were fantastic! HIghly recommend.
