Adi did a TERRIBLE job. He CUT MY FLOOR TILE and didn't bother to talk to me before he did it. One door closes unevenly resulting in the weather stripping scraping on the bottom when it opens and closes He then installed a new door in the old frame leaving a large gap between the door and frame and hinges. The trim around the doors were poorly cut. Now I have to fix his mess. I REGRET hiring him.

Excellent! I had an emergency; needed the door replaced as fast as possible. Adi completed the work the day after I called. He was professional and thorough, working past 5 on a Saturday. The wood under the threshold was completely rotted. Adi made 3 trips to the local hardware store to get the right materials to replace everything that needed replacing. No shortcuts. When I noticed some gapping the next day, he came right back and made adjustments. The door is seated securely and looks great. Overall, quick, gracious, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend.

It was great! Adi arrived earlier than scheduled, and was fast and efficient with the work he did. Would hire for more work again in the future.

The price is cost effective, and the job didn’t take long for him to complete. My issue is that the gentleman neglected to call me as agreed the day before to schedule an exact appointment time. Then I called home to remind him so he agreed to come for the afternoon. By the conclusion of the job, I noticed dirt on the carpet near the garage door. I wasn’t pleased with the failure to assume responsibility.

The replacement went fine. The work was professional and at the agreed time. I was pleased with that. My only issue was with the charges. I had found the mechanism online priced at $108 (with $13 shipping). It would have arrived after my desired time frame, so I expected the locksmith would have a local resource from which to purchase at a wholesale price in a more timely manner. I expected that price to be about $60; certainly less than $100. However, I was told the locksmith paid $179! This didn't seem reasonable. Also, I did not receive an itemized receipt, only a total. After expecting to pay perhaps $150, I was actually charged almost TWICE that. So although I was happy with the work, I was certainly not happy with the price.

We were very happy to work with Adi. He laid out the options (and their implications) for us and allowed us to make informed choices. Even when we changed our minds once, he was completely professional. We were kept abreast of progress very well. Highly recommended!

It went exceedingly well. Adi was outstanding in his professionalism and service. He arrived on time, diagnosed correctly why the lock was not working on the exterior double door and fixed the issues superbly in his estimated time. I was leaning in favor of putting in a commercial grade lock. He advised me against spending the money since it was unnecessary. Total charge was $259. I was 150% satisfied with his overall service. I will hire him again and recommend him strongly to Angies List members and other.

It did not go well. I was not home to inspect the work but I gave him the go-ahead over the phone thinking I could trust him. When I got home the door would not quite fit and needed much further adjustment and care. He charged me $240. I'm pretty sure that price tag is out of alignment with the type of work he offered. I called him to discuss the problem and he didn't call me back and he didn't answer the phone

Appointment was made for service. NO SHOW and did not have the courtesy to call. As of writing this post ( 12 hrs past scheduled appointment time), no communication has been made, despite leaving a voicemail inquiring on the no show. Was our first choice for service based on Angie’s List reviews and rating. We appear to be the 1% that got the short end of the stick and who’s time was less important than their own. Poor first impression and very disappointing based on the positive experiences of 140+ others who were fortunate enough to gain their interest.

Received a phone call from ADI Locksmith & Doors Inc.at which time they provided a price and stated they would schedule during the end of that week. Never heard from them again.

I had 3 quotes and Adi's estimate was the best. Same door requirements and material. Adi is a hard-worker and there's no door he can't fix. He's really confident when he talks.

Quick response to request for quote. Friendly interaction setting up appointment, during service call and at conclusion. Great work after giving options of what could be done for my situation!!

Professional and knowledgable with a can do attitude. He did great work and was able to assist me the very same day I called. Adi was great. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

The service was wonderful. He took one look at the lock and knew it was a very minor issue tha was remedied in just a minute. Charge was only a fraction of quoted price. In addition, he is very kind and professional. I highly recommend this company!!

Key fragment removed. The technician identified the old door as having shifted over the years causing misalignment for the lock. The door was removed and adjusted to cause the lock to line up evenly and efficiently so the key could be inserted and removed with ease. The door now operates as it should. Adi was quick in his work and decisive about the solution to the problem.

Excellent. Our front door was sagging and there was no 2x4 behind the doorframe, so Adi came.up with another solution that worked very well.

Badly. The $19 was the trip charge. Was not clearly specified. He failed to open the chest and tried to charge me an additional $69 for the effort. He got verbally louder when I refused to pay for his failure. I became concerned, threw a $50 Bill at him and demanded he leave my house. He argued but left shortly thereafter. Under no circumstances would I allow him in my home again.
