Ace just left the house, and I have to say, I was quite impressed.  He showed within 35 minutes of my phone call and promptly re-keyed all my locks: all at a very reasonable price.  He even gave me a discount which I made up in my time to him for his prompt and quality service.  I will definitely use him again in the future.

I called Mr. McCoulskey around noon after I found out someone had used a spare key to enter my home without my permission.  I told him I was hoping to get the work done that day if possible.  He was on another job at the time, but told me he could get to my home later in the afternoon.  He called back as promised - he even apologized for being a little later than he'd planned.  Within 10 minutes, he was at the house and working on the locks.  He even found and fixed a problem with one of the door latches.  He was very professional and courteous - even took a second to say hi to my yapping dogs!  I highly recommend Ace McCoulskey and will call again if I'm in need of a locksmith.

I contacted the locksmith two days before date of service; I had a roommate moving out unexpectedly and feared retaliaition, so I wanted the locks re-keyed. Not only was he responsive, he offered to come after hours at no additional charge due to the circumstances. Although, I did not take him up on the after hours offer, I was "blown away" my his willingness to go above and beyond to help a new customer.
