"During our initial consultation he spent time making sure he understood what we wanted. We have a large dog and wanted to make sure we did everything we could to make the space as comfortable for her as possible. He gave us suggestions, tips and answered my questions comfortably. When the quote arrived he wasn't the cheapest but cheapest and best value are not the same. I'd seen others that paid less and they got what they paid for. Huge creases running across their yard or materials so cheap you couldn't walk on them without shoes or it hurt. I wanted experience and quality more than a little extra saving. Don was very understanding in scheduling around the pool and deck construction we were also having done. This was crucial to prevent damage to our new pool and deck. He explained our options and assessed the best course for us. He arrived on time and he and the crew worked their way through the project and the issues that inevitably turn up once they get digging. He discussed our options as issues arose, such as some random excess concrete around a fence post that had to be accommodated to inoperable sprinklers (the pool contractors cut the line) making it extremely difficult to locate them. When we all missed one he had someone around that evening to cut the space needed for it. He walked us through the completed job ensuring we were happy with everything.
