"A++ quality work! I'm very impressed with the workmanship Ivan has done at my home. I have recently had issues with my water heater spewing water in my attic (two different occasions), and it ruined my dry wall. I've never liked it in that location, so I called up Ace Custom Building to relocate the water heater into my garage. Right from the start he showed experience, knowledge and concern over the project at hand. I was given options of what I could do, and measures to possibly make it cheaper for me. The pricing was fair, the work quick, and the quality was outstanding. Something I take notice in when work is done on my house, whether its done by a contractor or myself is detail.
