Everest Siding and Windows

Very happy with Everest and the job they did. Richard, his wife, Uriel and his crew mate were professional, no pressure and communicative. Something I really appreciated is no matter what they found, whether it was rotten siding or another issue the price never went up, it’s all included. They went above and beyond with our presumed to be 30 year old siding replacement and we couldn’t be happier. Feels like a new home.

The constant communication and updates was so comforting throughout this whole process. The new siding looks amazing and I can honestly say this was the best experience I have had with any work we have had done to the house. They are a great company and honest and true to their quote. I highly recommend them for your siding and window needs. I am only disappointed they don't offer interior home remodeling services because I would hands down use them for all of my future remodeling needs.

My job (siding, fence, gutters, doors, windows and new back porch) started at the beginning of April 2021, it is still not finished and it appears Rich does not plan on properly completing the work. There were multiple no call no shows and a huge lack in communication. Rich refuses to answer phone calls and only uses test messages. The price went up 4 separate times after I was promised the quote would not change. Rich started sending subcontractors to me asking for payment without ever telling me to pay them direct. One subcontractor never received payment for services from Rich after I paid Rich the quoted amount. The flashing over 4 of my windows was just painted over instead of being replaced - it looks like mangled metal hanging over my window. Every area where the siding touches the brick on the entire house has massive over-paint. The posts on my back porch were supposed to be capped with the siding to match the house - that was not done - it was left as bare wood. I've requested all of this be fixed many times with multiple promises that it would. I'm very unhappy with this entire experience.

I got 5 estimates Estimate: Not the cheapest, Not the most expensive - in the middle. Project Mgr. - Brian Crew Foreman - Jorge Brian was knowledgeable, informative and professional. He's easy to kid around with, but lets you develop this relationship on your terms. He's low pressure, relaxed and didn't boast to be the best or warn me about other contractors trying to put fear into me to convince me to hire him, which seemed to be a common theme with other contractors who gave me estimates. No Car salesman tactics with Brian at all. Jorge and 2 other guys took 3 1/2 days to do my project. I felt this pace was not too fast and not too slow. I let them do their job - peeking in on the project progression every few hours. I did not hover over them and I let them do their best. They stopped for lunch as they should and there were no problems of them yelling at each other or horse playing or doing anything carelessly - just professional and steady progression getting the job done. When they were done, they cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was happy. There was a 4th guy (Chad) who is Brians brother in law --- that was kind of a gopher and delivered paint and material and lunch to the guys and I think he kind of bounces around from project to project? - I think he's new and kind of acted as a liaison -- but in reality -- Brian and the Foreman Jorge were easy to deal with and I didn't really need to interreact with him much. He's the guy I gave the check to and I think he wanted to do a walk around with me -- but, I already did the walk around myself and was happy with he work they did. :) Anyway -- my experience with Everest Siding and Windows was a good one and I have no regrets. More than likely they will be doing my Windows also.

Mr. Richard Smith is outstanding with customer service! We have beautiful painted siding and gutters. We had a little issue with our gutters and Mr. Smith had it corrected the next day!

Richard went above and beyond the job by having his crew fix the unknowns behind the old siding. Some of my windows were not installed correctly and almost fell out. Richards' crew double wrapped them and put them back. They re-did framing where it was rotted. The house wrap-insulation they use will definitely save me money in the long run. The house looks beautiful. His crew was very meticulous and did a great job. I had another bid which was lower but went with Richard's since his covered any potential problems with rot etc. The other company was going to charge me extra for replacing joists, studs etc. With an older home you never know! Thank you Richard and Carlos and his crew!

IT DID NOT GO GOOD. During the siding installation on 3/1/19, crew lead Chris, damaged my master bedroom wall. When the crew was sent out to do the sheetrock repair on 3/13/19, same crew member damaged my master bathroom wall (see photo). The repairs look horrible. Now I have 2 damaged walls. I notified the owner, Richard by phone and emails, 3 different times and requested that he send a different crew and I was informed by Richard that he would send another crew to fix the walls but as of 4/22/19, he has not sent anyone out to do the repairs. Other issues that I addressed with Richard regarding the crew, lead by Chris were: washing their painting tools in my front yard where it could be seen from the street. My water hose that they used was not put back where it belonged, they just threw it over the fence to the back side of the house. They also did not clean up before they left for the day on the first day of the job. I was left to sweep my front porch and pick up the debris they left. The gutter down spouts that they removed to install the siding were left overnight where they collected mud from the night's rain and they did not bother to clean them before putting them back on the next day. These were brand new gutters and why would they put dirty downspouts on newly painted siding? Also the areas were not cleaned at the end of the job because per Chris the debris would blow on the newly painted siding. Why wasn't it blown/cleaned prior to painting? I would not recommend this company for 2 reasons, 1. crew does not pay attention to details, no cleanup, damages to your house. 2. issues are not resolved after you have paid them.

Mr. Richard Smith is a man of his word! Honest, genuine and will go above to make sure I the customer is happy. He will give you his professional opinion to make sure the get THE best for your home. Richard and his crew will definitely improve, impress and satisfy! I will be reaching out in the future for new business.

the work was outstanding - we are very impressed; done quickly and expertly. The crew doing the woodwork and roofing cleaned up each day and worked long hours to finish in a timely fashion. Richard Jones, the owner, was on site to check on the work regularly and was always available on his cell phone to answer questions or address concerns. The price was about what I expected the work to be, but it was worth every penny. I highly recommend Everest for your home - you won't be disappointed.

We had Everest and 2 other companies to come to our house to give us a bid for siding. The Everest team was very patient with our questions and were the only ones that had physical product samples for us to see. We decided to have Everest carryout the siding using LP Smartside, they worked diligently and were happy to answer our questions throughout.
Our rep oversaw the project visiting on each of the 5 days that the project took. We were very happy with the whole experience and even had a customer survey card in the mail a week later to have our feedback.
This was a very professional company that we will definitely recommend to our friends. Neighbors and family.

We recently replaced our old siding with the LP SmartSide product and installed new high-efficiency Simonton windows (22) on our home. Once we met with one of their consultants, we knew we wouldn?t want to do business with anybody else. The consultant was very knowledgeable and gave us product options, explaining pluses and minuses for each one of them. We really feel like we made a very educated decision in the end and we are very comfortable with our choices. 
We really felt the value of this company once the install team started their work. They worked fast and hard all day and cleaned up around the house at the end of every day, treating our house like their own. 
We recommend Everest Siding and Windows to everyone! We will use them again for future projects.
